I had to change my review. The food didn't tastes good to me the first time I went. I didn't finish it. I thought maybe it was an acquired taste because my friend raved about them. I tried again and started finding things I liked. They are always nice there.

Ordered pick up. Got a salad because it looked hearty. There is almost no chicken and there are only two slivers of avocado. The picture shows the salad draped in chicken and avocado. This is not a blanket of chicken and avocado like advertised. This is only disappointing.

Worst ever experience at a McAlister Deli. Soups were ice cold. Potato soup was so watered down it had only 1 potato bite and tasted gross. The chili was ice cold and probably a week old. Half a club sandwich was not even enough food to feed a small child. We had to ask 2 separate times for the au jou for the French dip. It was absolutely freezing inside. Women's restroom had only 1 stall working and no toilet paper anywhere to be found.

They make the best King Club Sandwiches and Salads and the food always tastes remarkably fresh!!
I highly recommend this place if you desire a Fast , Friendly , and Healthy food opt.
Awesome service and food. Lady was very nice and our food was at our table promptly. By far one of the best dining experiences in Florence. Strongly recommend.

When someone orders something without an ingredient maybe they can't or want to eat that item. Please people pay attention to what people order this stuff isn't cheap.

A waste of money. I ordered the choose 2, and asked for a cup of the chicken tortellini soup, then asked which sandwiches I could choose. I was told any . I choose the roast beef. When I got my receipt, I noticed a charge for $1.59. The roast beef was obviously not included and I wasn't told about the upcharge. Ok, I can understand that. The chicken tortellini soup, however, had no tortellini, not even 1 piece. Just corn, peas, and scallions. And was very spicy. I told her it wasn't the soup I requested and she said it was. Didn't even offer to get me a different soup. So I paid $17.79 for a half sandwich and a lemonade.

I used to love their French dip sandwich. BUT tonight it had 1/2 the amount of beef in it that it used to have and the beef had fat and cartilage in it. What a shame!! Shrinkflation at its worst. I am so disappointed.
