A lady tried to come up and aske her questions about product and she corrected her VERY POLITELY to hold a moment she was in the middle of helping me .. Why is this mcdonald's taken orders at the second drive through window for? I sat in line for over 55 min waiting for my order! Cars were beeping there horns in the line of cars wrapped around the mcdonald's building? What is happening to fast food today? AI hurry up! Lots of cars just driving off because of the long long long wait time!

I placed a mobile order at 10:12 am this morning after pulling into this McDonald's location parking lot. There were several cars in line, which was fine at first because my child wanted McDonald's. I ordered a mcgriddle, that's the only item I ordered. I sat in the drive thru line until 10:42, that's what time I made it to the speaker box because the line was so long.The order taker proceeded to tell me that my order was cancelled because it was after 10:30am; Mind you, I sat in line for thirty minutes. The order taker told me that it was not her problem and that my money was refunded back to my card because breakfast was over. Clearly I ordered my food before breakfast was over. I pulled out of line and went inside to speak to the manager, the manager didn't care. The manager said after you place a mobile order that they don't start making the food until you make it to the speaker box anyway, so if you do not make it to the speaker box before breakfast is over at 10:30 it doesn't matter what you order, you won't get it. The manager said I could order a lunch menu item in place of my regular order. The manager did not order an apology and was very rude. I have contacted corporate and I will also be contacting the general manager. This is the worst McDonald's in Florence and I highly do not recommend. The managers or employees do not care about customer and their customer service is trash. If the service here was not as slow as it is, I wouldn't had my food by 10:30. But the employees here move slow as snails obviously. This McDonald's location should be considered slow food, not fast food. If I could give no stars I would.

Miraculously, our entire order was in the bag and correct. This location however does not salt the fries. Its as if the fries were left by the ocean to gather the salty sea mist. Only the slightest hint of being in the vicinity of salt. Salt adjacent fries. Like eating the hot guts of a plain baked potato or a microwaved baby sock. Like being near a woman who frequents a tanning salon, whilst eating a potato wedge. Nah.

Itâs just insane how bad people can be at doing their job. This McDonalds actually used to be good before their entire staff was adults. Seriously stop hiring people over 30 they canât get a job anywhere else for a reason and they donât want to work there you can tell by their attitudes. You are waiting a minimum of 10 minutes to order half the time you come here. I literally sat at the intercom for 8 minutes while the other intercom took 4 orders before taking mine? Like thatâs just bad etiquette. Not the first time itâs happened either. The bad part is the headset to my intercom was on this time and you could hear the two employees just talking doing nothing then when I said âhelloâ? They cut the headset off and came back 3 or so minutes later to finally take my order. Anyways if itâs not the wait your order is wrong. I swear my order is wrong 3/4 times I go here. Mind you my order is always just 6 burgers 2 of them are plain 2 with mustard and ketchup 2 just onion and pickle 3 drinks and 3 fries. I mean seriously how do you mess that up so often? Idk I am just so surprised at how horrible this place is. Food is cold majority of the time. Fries never have salt. Itâs a shame. Just shut down and let something else open or put someone in place who knows how to run a restaurant. Im actually going to make a conscious effort to never eat at any McDonaldâs again certainly will never go here again. So good luck to those who chose to venture here.

Almost everyone morning I go to McDonald's on Irby St in Florence, SC to get breakfast for my husband and I. 90% of the time the same nice young lady takes my order. She is so sweet and polite when she takes my order and my payment at the window. She is always smiling. It means a lot as a customer to have great service as she provides each morning. There needs to be more positive vibes like hers there. Thank you to this young lady for all her hard work and dedication to her job to make customers feel important.
