Me and my ex-wife stopped at this location today while on a rd trip to get her new car. Let me tell ya.. best mcdonalds experience ever! The one lady (celest)? She was absolutely amazing. She made time to make us feel human. We chatted for a minute and by the end of our lunch my ex-wife even gave her a hug. If the locations near my house had people like her, I'd eat lunch there every day! Food was food.. atmosphere was clean.. customer service was phenomenal!

They made me and grandma wait for 30mins to get out food. They wasn’t too packed or anything and once we got our food, they gave us the wrong order..like they just threw something in a bag

Customer service sucks here at this location. The employees fuss with each other causing orders to be mixed up or items to be left out of order. And God forbid you ask for coffee, orange juice, anything that has to be made by employees, you might have to wait ten minutes for it and constantly tell them all you still need is that item. 8 out of 10 employees at this location are rude to customers. Food is good, but not worth the hassle.

Absolute worst customer service.... Waited 20 minutes for a simple cheeseburger.. finally had enough waiting so I walked inside for a refund, no manager in site,employees walking in using profanity . Save yourself the disappointment

Slow ass girl pull cars up for frappes and they dont even bring them to you. You have to go in and tell them what you’re waiting on plus the staff members will act like they don't see you standing there

Food is great. Service is awful. Workers with horrible attitudes that can’t even do simple tasks. Ordered TWO kids meals, only received one at the window and come to find out it’s bc she only rung us up for one. No big deal, we were willing to pay for the second one at the window and the lady told us we’d have to drive around and get back in line for a mistake on their part. Needless to say we just left after words were exchanged and will never be returning to this location. So many others to choose from that would’ve just rung up the extra kids meal without all the drama!

Came Saturday to get breakfast and I was treated with a nasty attitude from a worker instead of her handing me a syrup for my pancake she slam it on the counter and when I asked her where the extra syrup she points and say there it is with a nasty voice when she did pick it up she throw it in my bag and that's when I got it out of my bag and threw it back on the counter, She's a older lady with a nasty attitude and I'm a older lady with a I don't play that----, No good service at all and a bad experience for me
The food was good and the service was fine. But there are so many homeless people just sitting in here every morning. Not a good dining experience in any way Best to do the drive-through.

There is a elderly senior lady who is a manager here and THIS LADY IS AWESOME!!! I was dn on money 1st time I went there just tried to get 1 tiny thing off the dollar menu!? Was still a little short so I was just gonna go but she comped me a meal off the dollar menu!
And each time she has been working she has went above amd beyond to be moreee than nice amd fair to me and others!!! She also seems great with the employees!! Just a stand up dn to earth great woman!!! Sad she has to work to supplement her income!! Many of us seniors r forced to do so!!! We r not able but forced to!! So if u see her be super nice to her because she is one awesome person!!!
