Almost everyone morning I go to McDonald's on Irby St in Florence, SC to get breakfast for my husband and I. 90% of the time the same nice young lady takes my order. She is so sweet and polite when she takes my order and my payment at the window. She is always smiling. It means a lot as a customer to have great service as she provides each morning. There needs to be more positive vibes like hers there. Thank you to this young lady for all her hard work and dedication to her job to make customers feel important.

Reasonably clean food was typical McDonald's quality, a little unnerving as I was leaving there was an employee coming out of the bathroom that did not wash his hands but I was on my way out so I just left

they say the south will rise again not anytime soon if it moves like south irby McDonald's drive thru .. employees spend more time trying to convince you they're right when they're wrong.... employees passing the blame..days of the fat food is over... how do these people still have a job and how corporate allows this brnch foolishness... 30-45 min in a drive thru is insane ... I can put a window on my own home and move orders faster

The McDonald's in Florence is absolutely more organized than the McDonald's in Lake City. I would never advise anyone to go to the McDonald's in Lake City, SC, unless you have a lot of time to waste. They are very disorganized and the Managers need to take charge of this place!! They all need to be retrained the proper way!! Most of the employees are rude to the customers also!! This restaurant in Lake City truly needs help!! 😤

Its 4:30 and The manager with the bad acne, and that entire staff must be rejects. They were unprofessional. The manager even shared a story with a HeMan looking lady about how she got fired from a mcdonalds in kingstree for fighting. Her face look like she at war all the time. I will never spend my money here again.

I ordered at the kiosk, but when I got to the end of the process, it would not allow me to pay at the kiosk because that portion of the machine is down. So everyone who came in after me and ordered at the counter got ahead of me in line at the counter. When I finally got to second in line from the counter to pay for my order, the cashier walked off. I waited at the counter for five minutes to pay for my order, and the cashier never came back. I eventually walked out. Also, someone was mopping the floor, and the mop water smelled like septic tank water.
