Worse McDonald I ever been to no matter what I do they never get my order right they are 5 mins from my house I ordered thru door dash the app and went in myself and every time my order wrong and no I don’t mean one each I mean every single time I order my food is always wrong just close the whole store door down makes no since orders and got one thought it was more because I got two bags and it felt heavy enough but I was wrong

This is not the first time I’ve had poor service here- it’s like the 10th time, honestly. I always tell myself I’m not going back, but it’s the best place to grab chicken nuggets for my toddler when I’m on the go. I always go through the drive thru.They consistently tell you to pull up and wait for your food. Once I was forgotten and had to walk back up to the window after 15 minutes. They had literally forgotten I was there. This time, I decided to leave a review because it was the last straw. I’ll spare you the story… just don’t go here!

I had the absolutely had the worst experience this morning. First I order a sausage and cheese McMuffin and had to repeat my order several times, I get to the window to pay for my food and of course had to correct my order again, and then I get to the last window to get my food; the lady hands me my orange juice and the lid was not completely on and the entire cup of orange juice spills all over my seats. I told the lady at the window and she did hand me some napkins, but all she could say it’s going to be okay and I pray you have a better day. I don’t mean to sound nasty but this is so unprofessional. I have leather seats in my car and now my seats are sticky and soaked in orange juice, my AirPods were soaked, and my work badge was also soaked. I did contact the manager this morning and informed of what happened. What I am most upset is there was simple no remorse. The only thing I got from the manager was what do you want me to do about in which I ask for my seat to be detail. She did informed that she would need to contact the general manager, which I was fine with because I understand there is a process. I did ask the manager did she need my number and she said she didn’t need it and that I need to call her back in the morning.

The employees at this particular location are very unpleasant. Nobody spoke to me and I stood at the counter for entirely too long considering the amount of workers and the store was not very busy.

My wife and I went there last night to order our meal thur our mobile and waited at the curb to pick up our order. We got our food and got home and they missing the strawberries creme pie! That place always missing something. I hated that place!!!

I been there 2 times today at the one on south Irby street in Florence sc and both times my order was wrong and in the last order they gave my baby a happy meal with nothing but a toy and fry no burger what the hell is that I asked for a coke I got a diet Dr Pepper I asked for plain cheeseburger just meat and cheese I got a burger with everything I am sick of going there and getting nothing I paid for but yet they asking you if something wrong when you checking your orderKid-friendliness: Nothing I asked for in happy meals

THE NEED TO GET SOME BETTER WORKERS HERE!! You have ZERO employees that actually know good customer service! Sat there in line to order for 20 minutes and NOT A SINGLE WORKER CAME TO THE REGISTER! They all need to be fired do better McDonald’s!

Did a mobile order for curbside. All but one of the curbside spots were being painted over and that one was occupied. Went through the drive through to get my food but was refused. I was told that I had to go in and speak to a manager to get my food, in spite of the fact that there was no parking available. I received neither my food or my money back.

I have never really liked this McDonald’s but I always try to give them a chance since I understand the struggle, I work in fast food but I don’t understand what their deal is up there everytime I go up there they have me park even if I put a mobile order in. This time I only got a 20 piece nugget two fries two pies and two smoothies. I waited for about 30 minutes and when they brought me the bag there was only two of the sauces I asked for no straws no napkins nothing so I tried to walk up to the door to ask for the things they missed the inside was closed and a lady was at the door and I told her what the problem was and she was trying to charge me for it. Which I don’t understand since the straws and napkins are things they are supposed to put in the bag and the sauces are things I already asked for on my order I understand the storage in sauces and sometimes some people ask for two many sauces but I got a 20 piece nugget and they only gave me two of the kinds of sauces I asked for. I understand certain things but if it was their mistake I shouldn’t get charged for it !

Seems to be the crackhead depot. Drive-thru looked to be fast but made the mistake of going in. Place or the people smelled strongly of urin. Took my breath. Staff was fine and the food is ....McDonald's. I won't be going by here again though.

After we got our order home and unpacked our food. I noticed my apple pie expiration date was riped off. Since the pie was dry and stale tasting, I'm sure that's why the date was removed.I'm hoping this is not practiced policy!
