Man I am getting sick and tired of these games. Slack very very slack lately. Its usually the customers causing you people problems. Not this time it is straight the employees the last month its been difficult dealing with your store and the employees.
I have had to pay for 5 dollar drink then the machine goes down… my burger i asked for plain outloud clear as day and the employees repeated back every word I said. Typed it in all correct its all wrong! Sitting in drive...read full review
I just left the W Palmetto Street location, across from Red Bone Alley in Florence.
I walked in with a toddler in a stroller and when we got home, there were only 3 McNuggets. :-(
My toddler can eat all 4 McNuggets, but not worth going back.
As much as I enjoy the McRib sandwich, I will no longer patronize McDonalds, and especially the one at 3805 W. Palmetto St. in Florence, SC. To imply (and outright verbalize) that complaining for double charging me makes me “nasty” (and this comment was made from a manager) is not only poor customer service, but will not stand without consequence.
