I could barely hear the person I was ordering from. It’s 10:40 in the evening & I’m trying to order for my daughter who doesn’t eat like normal people. I ordered a #9 PLAIN w/ sweet tea. I got the meal, normally I would check before leaving but me being so tired I left. My daughter goes to check her food and the burgers aren’t plain! I got so upset I screamed cause I knew I had to turn around and go back. I got back went inside waited for 5 mins. Person cans up to me I told them what I needed. They weren’t rude to me at all. They gave me what I asked for and I left. That was the best part about this trip!

Apparently this mcdonalds finds it acceptable to ignore customers for 20+ minutes in the name of changing a shift. We were part of a multiple car jam stuck at the drive thru while the entire store completely ignored both lanes for almost half an hour.

I ordered a McDouble with bacon and cheese and this is what I see when I get it out of the bag…this is slack!! They need to do better preparing our food!! If I could give a negative 1 star, I would. This is ridiculous.

McDonald's on 2016 West palmetto Street Florence South Carolina has excellent service at the drive-thru in the mornings, very friendly nice smiling respectful. It was actually mind-blowing and welcoming at the same time. Great breakfast deals through the McDonald's app

The food was delicious but we ordered on the thing inside we ordered 2 combos they brought my husband's coffee out never brought mine out and said I'll be right back waited over 10 minutes my husband finally went up there and the lady said you only ordered one coffee I was starting to get pissed had to show them my receipt again and she says oh I'm sorry then after waiting 10 minutes no one brought it after my husband goes up there she's like I need to see the receipt I mean I swear this is ridiculous if you can't get a coffee right don't after my husband getting me a sweet tea instead of the coffee the ok lady comes after we are leaving here is your coffee I mean geez get real

Their fries have recently been limp and greasy, decreasing my review from 3 to 1 because they stole my money, I ordered through the app and didn't get anyone to show up for an hour and they make it almost impossible to get refunds when you order through the app. I'm never coming back, I can handle orders being wrong or fries being limp, but the first time I get stolen from is the time I'm done with you

Second consecutive day that I try to order in the early morning and the workers do not attend, the first day they said they were not accepting card and now that their system is down and always with a bad attitude on the intercom
