We eat here often unfortunately. We always get great service but the last time was like 3 am and ordered large fries đ UNSALTED. What we got was WAY extra salted! đ± Not good, we couldnât eat the fries. Check your food before you drive off!

It's best to steer clear of this McDonald's location. I have observed a grave lack of concern and respect for customers here. From wet floors (especially around the drink machines near the lobby entrance) throughout the day with no regard for the safety of customers, to half-done food being served to customers who are met with management and crew members disputing the customer about whether it is cooked thoroughly (instead of immediately offering to replace the food), to police being called regularly because of disputes between customers and employees. The smell of marijuana on crew members (even the teenage staff) leaving the bathroom is extremely overwhelming at times. The most disturbing observation has been the disappearance of a loyal customer who hasn't been seen at the location in several weeks, after leaving the location with a suspicious person one night. When brought to the attention of managers and area supervisors, there was absolutely no concern about this customer who spent money here on a nightly basis. He was previously employed (twice) by this location and no one on the staff seems to know his name or cares to figure out what his name is so a missing persons report can be filed. I have found out because of this incident that McDonald's does not store its camera footage for much longer than a week, so if something happens to you here, there will be no video evidence of a possible abduction or assault. It's in your best interest, especially if you are from another state, to stay far away from this location. There are too many nearby restaurants that value the safety, satisfaction and lives of its customers more than this establishment.

Service was excellent! The manager kept her staff going. So good to see at a fast food place. We go to a lot and they act like we inconvenience them. This morning I was pleased they were so helpful today.

I ordered an ice cream Sunday and they gave it to me in a paper cup. This ice cream taste like straight a*s the fudge isnât melted at all ⊠what happened to them coming in a clear plastic cup ?

I sat in the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken WHILE BOTH LANES WERE OPEN! They only took orders from the far lane and ignored the customers in the first lane. Absolutely terrible customer service and dysfunction. Meanwhile the manager was outside taken a smoke break smh.

I know I'm not exaggerating because 90 percent of these reviews say the same thing ... Bad service bad Food HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ....Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's .. literally standing at the counter for 10 minutes just trying to get someone on front line to take my order .. meanwhile there are 4-5 employees just walking around in the back .. when I asked a girl if there was someone working on front counter very rude says no everyone's leaving and walked out the door ..places my order at 834 jus to wait another 15 minutes to get my food ..meanwhile 2 people came in thru the drive thru because they order was messed up ...a gumbo's tells a girl she's been on break 45 minutes ..she says she's in the window so she's not on front counter ..I kindly told her If you are on break then there's someone in your spot that could be taking care of customers upfront ....I dunno what's going on but this McDonald's is in need of a serious management adjustment crew change ..something bc this ain't working ... Just ordered. Was told after I paid to pull into the curbside pickup lane and they would bring my food out. Food eventually comes out with missing item. Employee (she seemed nice) told me they did not have any and would I like something to replace it & apologized for the drive thru for not telling me they were out. I told her that I would just like to be credited back for missing item & because I didn't not care to substitute. Everything up to this point was inconvenient but seemed to be trying to rectify the situation. Wrong. She took receipt and never returned. I had somewhere to be so i didn't have time to wait any longer i figured the combined 38 minutes of waiting was long enough. If your reading this they still haven't credited me back yet.
