Came just now and the drive thru guy didnt even greet us, greeting was “cash only”….Never seen a McDonalds take cash only at 2am. Who has cash only these days? They are either doing it so people drive away or something very wrong is going on here.

One of the worst drive thru service I have ever experienced. What is so hard about simply getting a customer order correct ?It is so frustrating when you arrives to work and think you got what you order and half of the food is not in the bag.Does anyone still believe in good customer service besides me?
Won't be going back to this McDonald's. I had a quarter pounder with cheese. I got a bun and a hamburger patty. Absolutely nothing on it. Wife had a chicken sandwich it showed up with a chicken patty and a bun.

I ordered from the McDonald's phone app. Ordering process was straightforward, but I ordered a Double Big Mac with no onions. My Double Big Mac had onions. Other than that, everything proceeded normally.
Had to have my food remade 2 times the 1st time looked like some drop my food on the floor the second time Regina the (Manager) made it again apparently they serve old food and no one knows what comes on a double cheeseburger she told me she made it right bc she made it herself and actually wanted me to call corporate no one had gloves on at all every one on there Phones touching fries nasty nasty nasty what happened to fast friendly food with good quality
