Ordered through the mobile app. Entire order was wrong, but they said they couldn't fix it because the app didn't save the changes. So after 30 minutes we didn't get the food we wanted and it was 45 minutes old by the time we even got to eat it because they were to lazy to make 4 plain m chickens and to plain cheeseburgers. Stay at the window and check one by one everything they hand you at the window at this location or you'll be screwed.
I hate this place. They're the most unprofessional, disorganized location in florence. Idc if there's only one person in the restaurant it's still going to take them 10 minutes to get my order together. Then I took a photo because instead of taking my order they're over there looking at me opening boxes (let me know if you want the photos) and then gave me a Lil attitude when I told her what i was waiting for and gave me a face. Mind you all I ordered was a basket of fries and I was there 10 minutes because they said the fries got messed up
so that means it happens everytime then. I've got $5 for anyone who can find someone who works hard in that place because they don't do squat. And the oil on these fries taste old. I hate it here.
I just ordered here. I waited in the line for at least 30 minutes , my nuggets that I ordered for my family and I was undercooked! And they also didn’t even put fries in my bag. I got all the way home to notice that no fries was in my bag meaning that I paid for something I didn’t receive. This is ridiculous. It’s one thing to leave an item out of the bag but receiving undercooked food is just on a whole other level of slack.
Ordered french fries off the mobile app for my twins, like always I taste my kids food before they eat it, the fries tasted re-fried. I didn't have the gas to turn around. 2nd and last visit for us

On March 14, 2025, I went to your drive through to place my order. I must say, they young man who took my order was the most pleasant. I ordered with him a #1 without meat because I am a vegetarian along with a Sprite.
Driving up to the second window to retrieve my order, the young female seemed to be disturbed perhaps because I ordered my Big Mac without meat, who knows. When she placed my items in my hands, I asked her for reassurance that my sandwich had NO MEAT. She proceeded to say yes. Upon arriving home and opened my Big Mac box lord and behold there were 2 beef patties on my sandwich.
I didn't ask for anything extra. I simply wanted the staff to withhold the meat in which they failed 😵
This McDonald's needs new management between 2nd and 3rd shift OMG they're the worst in Florence can't get right slow messes up orders uneducated to the McDonald's career you'll rather go on irby and 52 for McDonald's even tho this one the cheapest still i'll prefer my respect of what im getting and how plus when on time even if i have to pay a lil more🙄
My mcchicken was soggy they did it over it was the same then the third time it got switched for a sandwich that was sitting out
Always pleased with this location service and food.
I pull up here multiple times daily for the $2 iced coffees. Yes, I drink a ridiculous amount of coffee.. which brings me to my point: Shareka, one of the managers or shift leaders, does an especially good job making guests feel important. The line moves quickly when shes there. There are other familiar faces I see in the kitchen that I know are responsible as well. Even when they're super busy, she still remembers faces, and remembers details. Very keen, very patient, and definitely deserves recognition! 👍

Night manager is rude doesn't know how to conduct professionally. Doors are locked when restaurant lobby is suppose to be open. Definitely do not recommend. She shouldnt be a manager.
I recently had an experience at this McDonald’s location that highlighted significant areas for improvement in both customer service and management skills. While waiting at the register, I noticed a group of employees, including the manager, gathered in a huddle. A customer beside me was discussing her child’s schedule with them, and no one acknowledged my presence.
After waiting for a few minutes, I politely said, “Excuse me, can someone take my order?” The customer beside me responded with, “Wow,” which made me feel uncomfortable. While my order was eventually taken, the situation left a negative impression.
When I raised my concerns with the manager, she acknowledged being part of the group but mentioned she couldn’t control the customer’s behavior. Her response, along with dismissively asking “Why?” when I requested her name, reflected a lack of professionalism and management skills. Effective management involves setting a positive example, resolving conflicts, and ensuring team members maintain focus on serving customers. None of these qualities were evident during my visit.
If I could give zero stars, I would. However, I believe situations like this are opportunities for growth. With additional training in customer service, teamwork, and most importantly, management skills, this location could significantly improve. Strong leadership is essential to creating a respectful and efficient environment for both employees and customers.
I hope this feedback encourages changes that lead to a better experience for everyone.

Come here a lot and it’s always different sometimes good sometimes just AWFUL, I’ve been told multiple times that the sauce is free on the side at this location and palmetto street location, on the app I added 3 extra and it’s no option on app to pay for them , when I look in the bag there’s none and I ask for a few extra and she gave me one so I asked for a few more because I put them on the app she tells me that they’ll have to charge for extra I said that’s cool just let me get some coins she shut the window on me brought 1 more when I initially asked for 3 and didn’t give me the option to pay for what I wanted. It’s unacceptable and rude.

Update: Guess what? You still suck. You still get it wrong and your food might be fresh or not. More not than so. Maybe one day when Trump turns this country around then maybe, just maybe you'll be held to a higher standard and be forced accountability for poor service and food.
Always getting your order wrong and/or missing items. This has become the norm. 1 in 2 visits have issues. Quite pathetic.
Worker are very rude even heard today them complaining about the women in front of me at the drive thru waiting for her change because the draw got stuck.So what its her change McDonald's don't need extra from her.The workers need to learn more manners here.This place keeps going down hill.
