I was at this restaurant around 10:00 on 12-28. I waited at the front counter for almost 10 minutes with nobody taking my order. I have no clue how long the guy that was waiting on his food to even get his because I walked out. I left and went to the Burger Kind on Palmetto and got speedy service and great food.

Went there this morning & waiting about 20 minutes to get our food/ drinks just for my sandwich to have hair on it and my hash brown. Service was horrible and the food quality was even worse. Never going back there again.

Just had a great customer service experience. I got a wrong order and brought it back to store the next day. Treasure took care of the problem with no question asked. She was empathetic and showed concern. I must say this is the best experience that I have had at McDonald’s in a long time…. The food she gave me was fresh and exactly as I ordered it! As I waited for my order the crew that was working today was on it. They were working together to get it done. Very impressed!!!

Useless location Rude, incompetent staff. Lucky if your order is right or you get it hot. Waited 40 min for my order because they forgot it sitting in the back. I get it, you work at McDonald's and your life sucks. Well guess what, everyone's life sucks right now. So do what you get paid to do and leave your miserable attitude at home.

Food is usually fresh and pretty good for McDonald's.
However, double and triple check your orders. Recently got food here, made it home and realized I was missing my fries, and returned back to just order new fries. Zero compliant I was missing my fries earlier, just wanted to order only fries and was met with nothing but attitude.
I am ordering again to cover your mistake because I am hungry, put the fries in the bag and leave the attitude please.
