Dining room was dirty as well as the restrooms. The gentleman cleaning was wiping tables with a dry napkin. Food was not correct after having to repeat our order. While staff stood around on their phones and chatting.

This place is a mess. The line wasn’t even long when we pulled up. They took everyone’s orders and then had EVERYONE leave the drive-thru lane and pull into all of the curbside spots. Then when employees came out with food, they didn’t know what belonged to who. We waited for 30 minutes and they still brought us the wrong food. The employees were nice and courteous but they obviously need training and a better system. I ended up getting a refund because at that point I was over it.

Nasty place. First, made the mistake of attempting to take an exit with a Bucees. Took forever to cross traffic. Got to MacDonalds and wow, what a mess.
Inside, trash cans were overflowing and people were crammed into the ordering area. Bathrooms were dirty. We decided to bail and do drive thru. Waited in line for 5 minutes and left. No thanks. Life is too short.

I went in and oh my gosh this was the most horrible experience with McDonalds I ever experienced in my entire life how about the MANAGER of all people was horrible on helping her crew correct orders that was not completed given out food to wrong people and forgetting some food sucks the way you act you rub off on your crew 30 minutes to wait on fast food is bad come on it is call fast food for a reason FYI being a Manager is leading a team to have good customer service and being a good example to show how the company wants it done and showing the customer you appreciate there business.

Online ordered, went to pick it up in the drive thru. They were able to give us our drinks and then we waited in line for 10 minutes. They had to come out and ask what we ordered and we had to wait another 5-10 minutes.
If I can give 0 stars I would. Nasty store manager. Michelle very rude she should not be manager.

My only complaint currently is that to get napkins, ketchup, straws etc you have to try to get someone behind the counter( takes to long) And also the same thing to get drink refills. Otherwise food is great!!!

Worst experience ever!!!! Employees passing out free food to their friends in lobby. Lobby/bathroom filthy. 45 min wait on food. Drive thru and lobby guests having to get refunds from orders being messed up. When I say TERRIBLE I MEAN RIDICULOUSLY TERRIBLE!!!! WILL NEVER STOP TO EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!

Probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had if I actually had an experience because I actually never got served. I watched seven cars accumulate in line and a line accumulate in the lobby while I stood at the register myself and no one came to take my order for close to 10 minutes while about six or seven people stood around in the back talking amongst themselves about who knows what. Every once in a while, someone would look towards the register. I did see someone pull up some fries and put some salt on them, but that’s about the extent of it. I eventually just left.
