Came through 35 minutes before closing. Closing manager was on his phone ignoring the drive through, after going back and forth from window to window, a girl who ended up taking our order had an attitude. Mind you we had to order from the pick up window because they were trying to avoid customers. They Messed up our order & wouldn’t come back to the window after we sat there for 5 minutes. Forgot our sweet tea, buffalo sauce and ketchup on my sons cheeseburgers.

Fresh food but all of our burgers were absolutely destroyed. It looked like someone sat on them. Our happy meal order was wrong. We weren’t given our drinks or any sauce.

Kiosk didnt work. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Left and went to Waffle House where I got great food and service.
Drive thru wasn’t busy at all. Husband is type 1 diabetic. He cannot have regular drink like most people. Before ordering the lady speaking seemed to be having a rough day which is fine but don’t take it out on your customers. She was very roof when telling us to continue with our order. Got to first window lady there was very nice. Second window gave us food. Then our 3 drinks. She didn’t even tell us which ones were which and they weren’t marked. She wouldn’t even come to the window. Husband went inside and the lady wouldn’t even come to the counter even after she saw him at the counter. He had to dump every drink out and fill them back up just to prevent himself from going to the hospital.
