I had a mobile order and had to stand in line with them looking at me for 10 minutes before they would even ask me why was even there wasn’t even nobody else in the lobby. They were too focused on the drive-through. Didn’t even want to help the customer inside the store. Then when I finally got my mobile order, it wasn’t even right. I didn’t get my drink. I given zero stars if that was the case the play Sox if you can go to any other McDonald’s, you’ll get much better service. Don’t waste your time here or your money management needs to change as well as every employee in that building. They need to wipe everybody out and start all from scratch over

I don’t what’s going on with the McDonald’s near Francis Marion University but having customers to drive up to the window to take orders and for a manager who is a black bald man wearing glasses his employee so loud where I can hear it through the window and over my music that is not cool and this isn’t the first time had issues with this McDonald’s in the past where they’re not paying attention to orders and getting them wrong.

The level of incompetence is astounding and would be laughable if it wasn’t so sad. Simple order. Double cheeseburger meal, with only pickles on the burger. Coke to drink. 4 piece nuggets with barbecue sauce. They literally, LITERALLY didn’t get a single thing right. I got a McDouble with everything on it, not a double cheese only pickle. A small fry in the white paper holder, not a medium in the red cardboard. A Dr. Pepper, not a Coke. A 6 piece nugget, not a 4. Ranch, not barbecue. No napkins to top it all off. How do you go 0 for 6!? Come on guys.

Food was hot and fresh and served to the table with me and my son !! Which was very helpful as he can’t walk at the moment so gave some relief !!!! My son gave it a thumbs up 👍🏼

This location needs to close until they can hire and train competent employees. I know that the customer isn't always right anymore, but if a customer tells you that you forgot something from your order you should not argue with the customer because repeat business is better than no business.

Clean, fast and friendly!!
It doesn’t get much friendlier or helpful than the Manger Donald. 40 dollar order and it was out under 3 minutes. Donald was a super nice dude, I appreciate you!
I hope corporate sees this, reach out to your team and let them know they’re appreciated!

This is ridiculous couldn't order on the kiosk went and ordered it food waited over 15 minutes to get my food for them to make it wrong my husband went back to tell them they forgot my pickles and onions waiting another 15 minutes and All they needed to do is put some pickles and onions in a cup omg 😳 this is ridiculous no sorry or anything they should have given us a discount or something my husband is still waiting for my food omg either hire people who can make a sandwich I mean it's not rocket science

Greek Salad

Breakfast burrito (tortilla shell) was hard and cold. Hamburgers were Lukewarm. Morning, noon or night, the food is basically mediocre (if that).

Slow service, nasty attitudes,all the sodas were flat,they were out of sweet tea didn't want to give me sauces then when they did they were all sticky and covered in busted sauce the big macs were both covered in Mac sauce on the outside and neither big Mac had the monopoly things on them and they had a customer in front of me demanding a refund cause of how slow and rude they were

I waited in line for more than 30 mins waiting on my food. The manager that's on duty tonight got a very, very nasty attitude. She don't know how to talk to the customers or the crew that's in there with her tonight. You can literally hear them in the building fussing. I really feel bad for anyone who has to encounter her or have to work with her.

Normally it's excellent but this day they had tea color but water taste and fries was Luke warm. Atmosphere was crazy I guess it was a manager she was outside hitting on drive through window and made a car leave. We didn't know what was going on. But this was the first bad day out of all the times I been since it was opened.
