We gotv1/4 pounders and a burger with nothing for the dog. The food was fresh and staff fast and friendly. We were on the road and it's clean and staff is well trained.

Took over 20 minutes in an empty drive-through at 9:30 AM in an empty drive-through. I’m sitting at the window for 10 minutes while they took three other cars ahead of me on the other lane.

I only gave 1 star because -5 isn't an option. This location is consistently slow with getting food out, and they don't seem to care that customers are waiting 20-30 minutes on a mobile order. After a 30 minute wait this morning I had to finally leave without my food as I could not wait any longer. I will say there is 1 manager that when she is working things go well. Also when you try to contact McDonald's online to make a complaint it magically "fails" after you enter all of your information.
Cold food. A burger that wasn't made as requested, with a hard crusty bun. I had a lengthy wait time because people think their phones are more important than their job, You can see the manager, who was on her phone when I walked in, standing next to two phones in the expedition area. Definitely not worth $10.

I hate this McDonalds smh…I try and try to give them the benefit of the doubt sometimes and continue to try them out on different shifts, and they continue to disappoint. The 7pm - close shift is the worst. Sometimes they do good in the daytime but most of the time they suck too! Fries are always either cold and nasty, or hot and soggy. Burgers never made right. Everytime I get nuggets they ask what kind of sauce I want but never give the sauce smh…they gave me an apple pie the last time I went that was sitting for hours and it was burnt. I would’ve never sold that to anyone smh…Don’t go to this McDonald’s if u can help it. There’s plenty more McDonald’s in Florence. This one needs better staffing that actually care…

Waited 45 minutes for a burger an fries. Paid for large drink an extra salt on fries an burger ...not salt at all on my fries or burger. Gave me a small drink an said they only have small cups but refused to reimburse me for paying for a large. Rude workers an very unorganized. Sad for a fast food place. Will not return to this location.
