It’s a family own restaurant that serves well seasoned real country soul food. If you like to feel like you’re in your grandmother’s kitchen then you’re at the right place. They serves pigtails, oxtails, smothered hamburger and beef liver, turkey wings, fried chicken, pork chops, stew chicken. You can imagine whats the sides are! Delicious Soul Food made with love! Daily Specials from served -for-you buffet are the key. We had fried chicken, oxtails with rice and gravy, lima beans, field peas and best-ever Mac ‘n’ cheese and collards. We took ours to go as it seemed most people do.
This recent arrival is a welcome addition to eating options in this part of Folly road. We stopped by for Saturday lunch, prompted by several positive comments on social media. We were not disappointed. The restaurant has several types of seating, well spaced out. Service is friendly, efficient and unobtrusive.
