Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

2 of 3 our orders were wrong and the 3rd one tasted poorly.

- Ordered lasagna fritta with no sauce on top, came with sauce

- Ordered Chicken Alfredo, came with broccoli on it, even though that's an option you would have to request to be added

- Mozzarella sticks were barely warm.

Manager was supposed to come by but never showed up. I had to get my kids to a soccer game and didn't have time to wait around forever.

To tell you the truth, I never really liked olive garden, my mom loves it and she wanted to go. But that shrimp dish where they fry the vegetables is BANGING!!! Su, now olive garden is my top 5 restaurant. Good job on that dish. Next time I'll take pictures.

My husband and I were given 2 forks for our service ware. We were told there are no clean knives. I ordered chicken parm and asked the waitress how am I supposed to cut my chicken. She went to look for a clean knife! Outrageous! …but that’s not all. I was told the overly salted chicken came from a factory!!! Never again!

We got takeout and it was delicious!
It was about ten minutes later to come out than the time given. Which was fine since we weren't in a time crunch.
Everything was included, even the little mints! Nice big bowls of soup.
They do need sturdier plastic utensils, it was very difficult to cut the meat. And the meat was a little tough with more grizzle than there should have been.
But a good meal with plenty of food!

The restaurant felt damp and muggy. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a large water bug that was alive and moving. The smell in the restaurant was not pleasant and did not smell like food. Would not recommend and will not return because of the aforementioned reasons. However, the staff was very attentive and pleasant and we did not have to wait long for service nor food. Let's end it on this positive.

We ordered for pick up as we always do on the way in from a road trip. We always stop at the same one, because they are on point. Customer service is always great

We had lunch and it was absolutely delicious, definitely a 5-star experience with Rene! My family travels up and down I-95 often, and we haven’t received service like this in a long time. Thank you, Rene!

Literally the worse experience of my life. Food was expected by 8:04pm I finally after a call and asking a girl who was running food 3 times i finally got it at 8:42 and the so called manager came out and apologized forgot part of my order yet again and offered to do nothing for my troubles. I have young kids im traveling with and were dependent on this food as their meal for the night. Completely disgusted at the lack of communication and kitchen staff support. This should never happen to anyone. The only positive experience was the girl who was trying to explain and diffuse the situation.

The waitress was excellent and made our visit worth the time spent at this Olive Garden restaurant in Florence SC. What could've grained more joy for us, is this Olive Garden needs new carpet, it smelled very stale inside.
