After questioning the portion size of my wife’s strawberry smoothie, the situation quickly went downhill. She orders the same smoothie 2–3 times a week (including the day before this visit), and always requests “very, very” light ice. Despite that, what we received this time was essentially a half-sized smoothie.
To make matters worse, the bread on her tuna sandwich was supposed to be toasted only (not the entire sandwich). Instead, we received a cold sandwich. I waited at the window to address the issue, even knocking to get someone’s attention, but no one ever followed up or brought the correct item. I eventually had to leave without it.
I asked to speak with the General Manager, Marsha I., but was told she wouldn’t be able to return my call until sometime next week.
I’ve never felt so dismissed or insulted in an interaction like this. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Soup bowl was amazing. They have health food options and so many different salad combinations! Great selection of freshly baked treats and the best cookies.

The soup and salad was tasty saltier then usual. The service was on point starting with the lady at the register absolutely sweet and very acomidating. But what killed the visit was how dirty and old the place was. Corporate need to remodel and update all their locations.

I would rarely rate a fast food chain, but our experience at this location was the worst I’ve ever had from a Panera. They were out of everything on the kids menu, out of baguettes, and my salad was full of old spinach. The value of eating at a chain when traveling is that you know the quality you’ll get. This was way worse than could have been expected.

I love panera but not this one. They were out of the bread for my sandwich and the avocado. My wife couldn't order soup, and they were out of the other sandwich she wanted. Then they only gave me half my sandwich and the wrong side. The table we sat at was dirty, and the booth was ripped. These aren't normally a huge deal, but all together, it was pretty bad. Unless something happens, I will never come back to this panera again.
Dirty inside, order was 45 mins late with no apology. Had to chase the workers down to get any help with a pre-order. Order eventually came out wrong and was stuffed to the gills in the bag (they didn’t think to split it up into bags that would properly fit) which meant the bag ripped open by the time I got to my car spilling all over the road. Had to ask for missing items. Worst experience at a Panera Bread I’ve ever had. It was mind boggling like no one was mentally clocked in that worked there and just wanted to avoid customers.

The food they have is pretty tasty and usually on time. The place is quiet and relatively clean. But they seem to run out of item even by lunch time. Sometimes substitutions have to be made because they have run out a particular cheese or bread. I ordered a salad today, marking I didn’t want nuts due to an allergy but they missed that. The last 2 time they forgot the soup. So do check your items before you leave, especially at busy times.
