Food was overpriced and did not look great. The tables were all dirty it was hard to find a clean one and there were not many people inside at the time. No straws at the drink counter. The bathrooms were both out of hand soap. 2 entrees and a kids meal cost $50 and looked thrown together.

Worst Panera ever. No bread, tiny portions, old food, no chicken when chicken was paid for, etc. The salad dressing cups were filled with about a millimeter of dressing each. The lettuce was wilted and slimy. The chicken was old and everything was just very lame and depressing.This place is obviously taking advantage of travelers who will not be able to complain. Don't go here. Go to anywhere else.

Evidently my experience is being common at this location. I ordered through Uber Eats and I received no drink. My Green Goddess Caprese Melt with bacon for an extra charge had NO bacon, NO mozzarella cheese, NO basil! Sandwich cost $20 and was a complete rip off!! I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no one ever answered. To me that says someone knows this is happening and does not want to address it or is getting a kick out of scamming customers!

Everything I got was bad order a chipotle chicken sandwich and came only with chicken and cheese ! And ordered smoothies and they were only half way full ! And Smoothie was not made right !A waste of time and food since I was
I think they need to better their employees. The food was missing some ingredients like cheese, chipotle ect. Also I ordered a soup and it came with no spoon or bread. My two mango smoothies were half filled.

Home of no bread. ALWAYS out of everything. They didn't even tell me when I ordered a bread bowl. They said we're only doing soup and salad. Perfect i want soup ordered the bread bowl. I left the drive through and had to come back because no bread at all. Not only do they have no bread bowls, they have no bread! Whoever reads these, bread is the only thing yall have that's good. You're soup is only good with the bread everything else is hospital food. On a SATURDAY night how are yall only doing soup and salad?? Half the order was wrong went back to have it repaired they offered to remake the whole dish sat there waiting on them to fix it go back to check they haven't even started on it no one knows who's supposed to be fixing it go to the manager she refunds our money for half the order and then offers a cookie for our troubles most definitely will not recommend it to anyone else or return
