It was awful first they took my order then call me back after about 15 minutes and told me that they were not making any more orders after my wife had already left to go there to pick the pizza up
I already like PJs but the customer service this delivery driver gave me sent me over the top. I usually do carryout but my partner had the car and so I decided to get it delivered. Had a little trouble with the transaction (on my end) but this man took it upon himself to ensure that the process was taken care of and he didn't have to do that. I didn't get his name but he has secured a guaranteed customer for this location. Food was delicious by the way but service was 10 out of 5!

I order a pizza at 10:10pm and the Doordasher said it was suppose be here at 10:37pm and we called him(David M) and said he had to turn around and pick up another order. what I dont understand is why would you keep our food in the car for that long to get cold to get another order that just don't make any sense to me at all. And I would like a refund that is ridiculous. People nowadays are lazy and it's really sad to be that way in life.

Ordered Italian trio pizza last night. Added extra cheese and gave a tip. Got home realized I didn't check the pizza and it was not correct. There were no banana peppers on it. It was late so I called manager today offered to take a Pic and send. Told me because I didn't report problem immediately there was nothing that could be done. Pizza was $27 with tip. I could've picked up 3 pizzas at Walmart and heated it up for that.

We ordered 2 pizzas ... super excited to have PJ pizza again. Disappointed in the poorly made pizza (lacking toppings on the entire pizza), and after getting confirmation that the pizza was made, I was completely ignored when I arrived. Four employees wandered around on their phones while one fella was trying to bake the pizzas and put them in the correct boxes, and HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT ACKNOWLEDGED ME. Pizza wasn't all that good as they didn't put sauce or toppings on the whole thing. No need to return as there are plenty of better options out there.
