I ordered 2 pizzas from here so “THEY” could deliver it to my house and they used DoorDash instead and the DoorDash driver stole our pizza and never delivered it and also confirmed they delivered it and papa John’s still haven’t refunded my money I would not recommend this location at all they need to be closed stealing peoples money

I absolutely adore the TEAMWORK and fast past work ethic I just witnessed. I just picked up my large carry out order and entered into a VERY CLEAN lobby. I was blown away when I realized there were only two employees working tonight. But let me tell you they absolutely rocked it by the team work they had going on. I didn't have to wait, they were very informative to every customer that walked in and they both deserve a raise♡ its hard to find hard working employees anymore, these two were phenomenal 👏 will most definitely be returning ♡ thank you guys!!! Truly appreciated.

Always great, never had a problem. Love the pizza! It is expensive, but cheap out online deals to save a ton of money, you won't be disappointed than. I loved the garlic epic stuffed crust meat lovers well done.. and steak with Alfredo.

It took an 1 hour for them to deliver the pizza when the delivery pizza guy came I saw it was delivered by DoorDash and even worse the food was cold. Really disappointed

Ordered four pizzas for Super Bowl all the pizzas came with garlic butter, all of them, except for one of the garlic butter. We’re not sealed they had all been opened up, called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. In other words, they didn’t care about their service..
If I could give zeros stars I would. I ordered over the phone with a call center. I wanted two large pizzas. Upon delivery we received one. I was nice and still tipped bc it wasn't the delivery guys fault. I called to make it right and my dad went to the store in person. The management did not care at all. I called the call center and they referred me to an email and then once I got through another time I got hung up on. Finally I got someone on the phone that said that upper management would call me within 48 hours. They never told me that they did not have local drivers that my orders was directed through door dash so there was a tacked on fee. No one said anything to me about it. Terrible customer service. My husband owns a restaurant and this is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER order from here again. I have family in town and half of my family is still hungry. Completely ridiculous. Save you and your family the headache and the money and take your business elsewhere.
