Worst pizza that I ever bought. Crust was not done and toppings were few and far between.First and last from poppy John's .Couldn't understand order taker, come to find out she was wearing a mask.

This review concerns the delivery service. In the past Papa John's drivers made the deliver and never took more than 30 minutes for the order to arrive. Now I ordered from the website and nowhere does it say Door Dash will make the deliver. Had I known I would have ordered from somewhere else. Used the tracker and when it was on it's way it stated an arrival time in 20 minutes. Well, that passed and I checked again, and the arrival time increased by another 20 minutes. That is when I noticed the Door Dash logo on the top of the tracker. As I watched the vehicle travel all around my neighborhood, it was apparent he /she was making other deliveries along the way. On top of it all, delivery arrives, leaves at front door, does not ring bell. I just so happen to open the door based on the tracking showing the car at my address. Noticed I was missing a bottle of soda, ask driver. His response, "They did not give me any." Call the location and asked them to credit my card. Papa John will not give a refund on delivery, even when they are at fault. Instead, they sent a PAPA JOHN drive to deliver the bottle of soda. He was here in 15 minutes. Now why did it take Door Dash over 40 minutes and the Papa John drive 15 minutes? Delivery from Papa John's is not worth it and does not save time. If they are going to use a 3rd party for delivery it should be plastered on the top of the site BIG & BOLD.

They don't accept $50 dollar bills or $100 dollar bills at this establishment. My order was over $72 and I had a $50 bill, plus a $20 and $3 ones, was all I had. I did not have a card with funds, to pay for Pizza. I am handicap and was not going to burden myself, trying to find someone to break up my $50...so my family didn't get to eat Pizza tonight. I will never return. I am very saddened by this, as we love Papa Johns Pizza...but never again!

They need to teach the one on Cherokee rd how to make pizzas. But this one on second loop. I've never had a problem with my food. Always fresh delicious and hot. With great customer service

I've always tended to frequent Domino's or Little Caesars instead of Papa John's. I was pleasantly surprised with the menu items and the food quality. The employees at this particular store are doing a great job!
