Pho An Vietnamese Restaurant

I’ve traveled a lot and tasted Pho from many regions in US and Asia. I give a considerable amount of grace because it is Florence. However- I was not pleased at all.
The food is overpriced, quite salty for my liking , and the food all tasted the same - rolls and bowls had exact same ingredients.

The staff is very nice you can see they put their heart into the area isn't the nicest it's a little rundown but the owner is very sweet but the food at least the pho is just not good I feel like they used cheap and fatty meat I couldn't even finish it

Love the Pho! My husband gets a 7 and I get a 12.
It never disappoints. Great comfort food during cold days and sick days or just when you feel down.

Not authentic pho: too salty and I even wonder if they use MSG in their broth as I was very thirsty after my meal. My pho didn’t taste fresh.
They don’t provide chopsticks (unless you ask). My Pho combination doesn’t come with bean sprout nor culantro or basil leaves.
Location: part of a motel. The toilets are disgusting. Need to ask the key to go there. The floor is sticky. AC wasn’t working. They use fans instead.
They charge 3% extra for paying with a card!!

First time here. It's 6:15 pm. After reading the reviews I figured this place was good!! Boiiiii was i wrong!! I don't know what these local folk think a buffet is!?!?. But this sure not it!! Flys landing and flying on the food. Barely nothing out! Employees standing around doing nothing!! Nobody is wiping around the food. Just looked horrible. Best part was the saled bar. Never again will I be returning or will I recommend this place!! Also you shouldn't be asked if you want tip to leave your server?? If I paid with a card then I should know I'm going to have cash to tip! Negative 3 0s if I could!!

The best Pho in the city of Florence! Great service, the food is always fresh, and very reasonable prices! I normally get the Pho Tom (w/ Shrimp) and it leaves me satisfied each time!
