I’ve never seen a pizza place run more efficiently on a busy Friday night. The team was kind, efficient and handled multiple door dash and other orders very well, kudos to that team and management !

I ordered online through the Pizza Hut app and was given a delivery time. I got a text saying my order would be delivered through DoorDash with the same delivery time. When my order had not arrived 45 minutes past the time, I reached out to the door dasher who said they were at the store waiting for the order to be ready. I got my order an hour late. I called the store and asked to be compensated and was told the manager said that she could not do that. It was doordash’s fault. I did not order through door dash, and it wasn’t their fault if they were there waiting on the order. I was told they were short on drivers and were busy. Poor management and poor customer service.

I've ordered from here several times with no problems until tonight. My order is delivered and is missing an item and i'm told i didnt order a drink when my order clearly shows and I was charged for the drink. To make matters worse, I called the location directly and the line rings then disconnects. (Several times!!!) Absolutely not! Last time ordering from here!!! Sure its just a drink but its bad business that you can't even speak to anyone to rectify THEIR mistake... BBB here i come!

If I could give less than one star I would! Had me throwing up all night. Just truly disgusting because it was completely doughy and tasted like heavy sourdough. I uploaded the pics to DoorDash once I can get them. I will update post. Complete waste of time and money!!!!!

Ordered a pizza and the delivery driver was rude and unpleasant.
Good location. Food was delicious service was fast and place looked clean. Staff seemed a little bored and unenthusiastic. That's the only down side but as long as they didn't spit on my pizza I'm good.

I'm giving this a one star mainly because I ordered my pizza through the app, one of the options is a tavern pizza which comes Square cut, I ordered that one under the impression that it's going to be squared cut. Upon picking it up it was not square cut and I was told that I had to Specially ask for square cut. My problem is why do I have to specify for a square cut when it says in the description that it's square cut, I thought I'd just get over it but I genuinely did not want it and I tried to call to see if I could get it remade and they hung up on me.

I normally love Pizza Hut pizza and have ordered from this store before. Last night, they passed my delivery on to Door Dash for delivery. What a disaster!!! Driver sat at the PH for a prolonged time, so I called the dasher. She was waiting on another order to be made. She then delivered that order first. I tried to cancel the order by calling this Pizza Hut. Was out on hold for 33 minutes then hung up on. Pizza was promised at 7:00 pm. Ordered at 6:15. Reasonable, but time kept getting later, and later. Finally arrived at 7:36. Cold, soggy.
