I normally love Pizza Hut pizza and have ordered from this store before. Last night, they passed my delivery on to Door Dash for delivery. What a disaster!!! Driver sat at the PH for a prolonged time, so I called the dasher. She was waiting on another order to be made. She then delivered that order first. I tried to cancel the order by calling this Pizza Hut. Was out on hold for 33 minutes then hung up on. Pizza was promised at 7:00 pm. Ordered at 6:15. Reasonable, but time kept getting later, and later. Finally arrived at 7:36. Cold, soggy.

ordered a pizza on a Friday afternoon,was told 30 minutes. went to the store, literally 40 people waiting . Manager very rude and nasty.. i mean the worst... said there power kept going out.. 2.5 hours for a large.. Never going back

The last few times I’ve been they have over cooked my pizzas making them hard. I remember one day they made me wait over 45 mins for one pizza smh, and nobody is usually in the front gotta wait for someone to come up front unless they’re behind and everyone rushing in at once

I ordered a pizza with light sauce as I don't like a lot of pizza sauce. When I opened the pizza at my home, I saw it had the regular amount of sauce. I'm not upset, just noting because it was on my receipt, too (easy on sauce). The taste was still yummy! We didn't have any complaints other than that.
I had the most amazing customer service experience! Second Loop Pizza Hut will always be the best. Thank you Ms Carol for going over and beyond!!!!

So from the fone call with John when I placed my order I knew it was going to be a horrible experience ? John was very rude and impatient and has miserable listening skills ⚠️(John should not have a job answering anybody's fone dealing with customers)⚠️, John charged me $30.00 fo a medium pan pizza. I paid $6.00 additional for the tip total $36.00 only to get pissed off and disappointed,?Then the dumb dash driver showed up demanding a cash payment from me after I already paid with my card, the seal was broken on my Pizza box so no telling why he felt the need to do that and the pizza looked so miserable ?plus it was cold ..... I probably won't ever order from here again.... I think I'm done with pizza altogether.... Smfh. I can still see his dumb look on his face while he was refusing to let go of my Pizza box telling me I need to pay him cash when I I already paid over the phone.... Big 9' tall dummy?
