Ordered pizza to be ready at 5:45. Arrived at 5:45 and and waited 30 minutes and pizza was still not ready. White guy up front was not friendly at all. We ended up getting a refund because they were taking way too long. We checked order online and it said it was ready. This establishment really needs to do better this is not the first time this has happened to us.

This place is a joke!!!!! I ordered 2 pizzas online through the app. I scheduled them for 5:45pm pickup. We arrived at 5:40pm. It is now 6:21pm and we still DO NOT have our pizzas. One man said that he had been there for an hour and a half waiting for his pizza. They said they were an hour behind. Could have noted that on their app!!!! Never going there again!!!!!!!!!!!

The price of food and the way people that work at restruants act now is sad. It really makes you consider making all your food at home. I ordered a pizza at this location on Monday night June 23rd. I ordered through calling I was told 10 to 15min so I go by Walmart 1st to give adequate time. I get there way beyond 15min and the pizza is still not ready. It was not done long after I arrived though. It wasn't the wait, but the attitude of the lady working the register that made me post this review. She was not friendly at all then once took my cash said we dont have change so I can't give you your 86 cents. I said if it was a small amount like 10 cent or less no problem but 86 cent is kinda a lot. Oh her attitude got worse then and she found change. Why get mad at me bc I dont want to just give away 86 cents I won't ever come back to this location.

I’ve never seen a pizza place run more efficiently on a busy Friday night. The team was kind, efficient and handled multiple door dash and other orders very well, kudos to that team and management !

I ordered online through the Pizza Hut app and was given a delivery time. I got a text saying my order would be delivered through DoorDash with the same delivery time. When my order had not arrived 45 minutes past the time, I reached out to the door dasher who said they were at the store waiting for the order to be ready. I got my order an hour late. I called the store and asked to be compensated and was told the manager said that she could not do that. It was doordash’s fault. I did not order through door dash, and it wasn’t their fault if they were there waiting on the order. I was told they were short on drivers and were busy. Poor management and poor customer service.
