I ordered at 10AM and order hasn't budged past preparing at 2PM (now). I've tried calling and keep getting the run-around when it comes to talking to anyone. The operators can't escalate or help you past transferring you back to this Pizza Hut's number, which will hang up on you immediately or after some advertisements.

Jamie the manager is horrible and the server I had I don't remember her name she was a thicker dark skinned woman but she gave poor service and the food is to be desired. The only food that was good was the cinnamon sticks! Pizza Hut has gotten bad these days ! Stay away!

Part of my order was a single chicken alfredo..get home and it is pepperoni and sausage. No one will answer the phone there. even when the national call center transferred me to them.

Personal pan pizza was delicious and fresh. The young fella who served me was extremely courteous. I didn't wait long for my pizza. I did wonder why I was the only dine-in customer. They missed quite a treat!! I will go back.

This is the best Pizza Hut in Florence. This is the honest truth everyone is so friendly . The pan pizza and the personal pizza is top notch hands down. Chris and Takeya are very friendly and kind. Takeya makes the best pizza you can eat at Pizza Hut. So if you’re in the surrounding area please give these guys a try…. Highly recommended..

I have gotten delivery from this location for over 10 years. I called tonight to place a $40 order at 10:30. The store closes at 12:00. I was told they were no longer taking delivery orders at that time. My information does not say a time for delivery ending or pick up ending?? My site says the store closes at 12. I don't understand, what time should I call for delivery?

So I decided to grab Pizza Hut last night for a quick easy dinner got home ate it within an hour. I was throwing my entire guts up, shitting myself, and I proceeded to do this all night long. This is by far the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. I don’t know if it was sour chicken or what I will be contacting a lawyer And I will be soon. I do not recommend anyone eating here.
