If I could give it -500 stars, I definitely would. The owner should be ashamed of himself/ herself for serving a product like this to the public. Look at this, the disappointment i felt when I opened the box. This first time giving Pizza Hut a chance after over 2 years!

30 minutes ago I placed an online order. Not my first. When I got home, part of my order was missing. I called to work something out, mistakes happen. No one answered, matter of fact the call dropped. Interesting! I called again. The same thing happen. So I can only assume, I was taken advantage of. My order was purposely messed up. Sad because I have always liked going to this establishment, but it is insult to be robbed.

Took my money off my card made my family and i wait a full hour before they canceled my order. The lady told the customer service that she tried to call me, yet I was sitting beside the landline phone I called from entire time.

DHEC should really close this place down. I ordered online. They had to pick from other peoples orders to make my whole order complete. Greasy finger prints and crumbs were all over everything. I lost my appetite before I could even get out of the building. Definitely needs some better management and a clean up crew.

Me and my wife pulled over from traveling to get something to eat sat in the lobby for 10mins nobody offered to take my order only person who spoke was monasia the lobby worker walked out and got back on the road

My pepperoni pizza was dried out and black on top. My ham and pinapple pizza was slightly under cooked. My cheese bread was also dried up and crispy. Only good thing was they delievered it within the orig time stated.
