Just walked up to the front door (2:58pm) to see a “closed until 4pm, short on staff” sign. Meanwhile 4 staff members (Mio shirts on) were outside playing on there phones. I came all the way from Hartsville for a pizza but had to go to Mellow Mushroom.

Florence, y'all sleeping on this place. The guys in here are super friendly. The food is amazing. The portions are great. My husband and I went out and had been thinking about it for a while, and we decided to go in. Hubby got a build your own pizza, and I got one of their salads. If you haven't checked it out already, you better go check it out with their portions and quality of food once word gets out they gonna be packed.

Tasty food, but the staff seemed unhappy that I and my son came in to place an order. However, the tall young man who made our pizzas was polite and respectful and did his work nicely.

I placed an order to come and pick up, I took my pizza with me. I ate it at home and it was really delicious. I am now although very sick after eating it. My stomach is in pain and I have thrown up. I am unsure if something caused my stomach to feel sick in the pizza, or something didn’t agree with me. I love Pizza Mio but after having the Pizza of the month, I’m gonna have to stay away for a bit.

They close at 8:00 Sunday - Thursday, I walked in at 7:30 on Tuesday and was told we're closed for the night, I asked the manager if he knew what time it was, and he said, yeah, he knew what time it was,, Does anyone know who owns the one on beltline next to Walmart in Florence SC?

Grandson and I split a lunch special. He ate the half pizza and I ate the salad. Two topping on pizza and a full size salad with a great choice to choose from. Brick oven!

The young lady that made our pizza did a fantastic job, and our pie tasted great! The manager was also very friendly and felt very welcomed and appreciated. We were in town for the Jingle Bell Christmas Market at the Florence Center. We attend the show every year selling our delicious award winning honey. We will definitely be back.

My boyfriend really wanted a pizza and we stay all the way across town it was very close to 8:00pm and us not knowing what time they closed was walking to the door as the GM was fixing to lock up for the night so they can get out of their. Instead of turning us around and telling us they are closing he told us it was okay and we could be his last customer which he didn’t really have to do. Thats what I call excellent customer service! I thanked them over and over because usually people isn’t that nice!! So once again thank you and most definitely will continue coming just in better time lol!!
