Pretty much every single thing was wrong with our order. We ordered 6 simple to make wraps at 9:20. Arrived around 9:40 and asked for our pickup. We were then pulled to the door to wait, when there was absolutely no one at the restaurant. I'm fine with waiting, but we waited almost 20 minutes. We finally got our food and drove home and realized they put a large mashed potato instead of a large Mac and cheese. My husband went back to the restaurant to find out they were out of mac and cheese. Ok, that would have been nice to know when we were sitting there for 20 MINUTES the first time. We decided to just deal with it and finally opened our wraps to find 4 out of the 6 completely wrong. And absolutely inedible. My kids don't eat spicy stuff. Every single wrap was covered in spicy sauce. The only thing they did right was the lemonade. I will be disputing the charge with my bank as $40+ on awful food is crazy. I've heard awful things about this location, including they have rats and roaches. This location needs to be investigated by corporate.

I did not get one of the items I ordered./
Missing items.I was very disappointed, got food for dinner, was not enough for everyone. I live 2hours and 30 minutes from Florence so I couldn’t come back. I did call several times with no prevail/ phone was not answered.

I ordered a family meal via the mobile app. I ordered at 6:30pm for a 6:55pm pick up. I go through the drive through. Mind you, I have always done this and the app says you can. I waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker. I let the employee know that I have a mobile order. He proceeds to say “come inside”. I said what? I have to come inside? He says “yes come inside”. I ask why? I’ve waited 15 minutes for my mobile order. The employee does not respond. I then proceed to say “hello is anyone there”? No response. At this point, I’m upset at the lack of professionalism. I also have my two kids in the car. So I park and go in. I have to wait more because others are in front of me. Once I speak to the female employee and let her know I’m here for a mobile order, she tells me they don’t have spicy chicken and I’ll need to wait. Unacceptable I ordered this food 40 minutes ago at the point and have waited for 20. I say no I have already waited long enough and he (pointing to the male employee) told me I had to come inside to get my food even though the app says I do not have too. I proceed to ask for regular chicken. My comment made the male employee angry. He then starts a verbal argument with me. Screaming at me. Telling me I have to come inside for the mobile order, don’t I see how busy they are, I should get a different job. I said what are you talking about a job? He said door dash don’t door dash then. I do not work for door dash. I am raising my voice back at this point because I am not going to be disrespected for food I am paying for. And also why insult door dash workers?! Anyways I let him know I’ll be making a corporate complaint and he said good cause we have cameras in here. I said great so they can see how inappropriate you are with your customers. That was the end of it. But he walked around irritated telling the female staff member to turn off mobile orders and cursing underneath his breath. Never going back and I made a corporate complaint.

Placed an order via the app for delivery. Spent 32.62 on 2 thighs cold fries I never asked for a drink and 1 chocolate chip biscuit. Didn't get the caramel cheesecake, the mashed potatoes and gravy nor the red beans and rice I ordered. Yet the got my money for some cold old ass food that took 35 minutes to deliver. Then they want to offer a 10 gift certificate towards a meal. Really. What about the 32.62 I spent on trash. Very disappointing. Will never eat there again.

Check your order before you leave!!! Every single time I go to this location there is something missing from my order. When you go inside to let them know they forgot something there is always an attitude. You even have to open the boxes they put the food in to double check you have your entree! Horrible customer service from the employees, tried to be very respectful going through the drive thru and received no interaction from the employee. Not a good experience
