Quincy's Family SteakHouse

We were shocked to find a Quincys. So we had to go. Food was great we had the buffet. The dessert bar needs some attention it was sparce and the ice cream machine was empty. Which they were filling as we were leaving. We were there about an hour and several people told them when we first got there. Kinda disappointed in the amout of time it took to get it refilled. Other than that it was okay. We'd go again for sure.

Went to eat here yesterday, the salad bar was stocked ok went to get dressing no ranch at all waited over 15 20 minutes still no ranch so I got another dressing. After our salad, we went to the bar no meatloaf, the porkchops were cold, the rice had either hardened after drying out or wasn't cooked well, the ribs were dry and cold, no okra, never got any yeast rolls, the baked Mac n cheese was empty for a while, then the one they brought out wasn't cooked well. I could go on but I will stop here. I paid 42.77 to be disappointed, I drove an hour and a half to come here since I hadn't been in so long. I should have kept driving to Woodstone atleast I would have left satisfied for the price I paid. I'm not saying this to get anything in return. I would rather people be aware of their possibility of wasting their time and money.

My husband & I just finished eating at Quincy's Family Steakhouse. We had the buffet and it came with the most AMAZING rolls and croissants!! What a terrific lunch!

First time at Quincys steak house. They had some cheaper steak choices, but we decided to go with the buffet. Bad choice, compared to other steak house buffets, it didn't offer many choices. Not worth the money it cost. Service was excellent though.

We went for Mom’s birthday and the waitresses came and did the Quincy birthday song and brought her some ice cream and cookies! They all wished her a happy birthday!
It was so nice and fun and she was so surprised, so I thank y’all so much!
Unfortunately, the food wasn’t the best. A lot of the food was flavorless and the tea was either too strong or sat for too long.

When we first arrived the server ( joy) they assigned to us was very rude, had an attitude and threw our croissants on the table. At that point I have had enough and went and asked for a new server ( Bridgette ) who was amazing to us!

But joy continued to be very unprofessional and make comments as she was “ collecting her stuff from the area “.
