Redbone Alley is a unique place with good service and food. The atmosphere feels like visiting Charleston and the bar offers acoustic music. Guests often sit right away and can enjoy a variety of dishes such as ribeye, chicken tenders, bronzed salmon, Chicken Leo Pasta, Shrimp & Grits and Salmon. The food is described as delicious and the service can be great, with servers getting drinks and food fast even when the restaurant is super busy. Music is great and the bar adds to the vibe. Some visits note that service is slow and that seating can be confusing with two hostess stands, but the overall set‑up is cool and many plan to go back. The restaurant has a child playhouse area and a fully occupied section that can feel crowded, yet the overall experience is a letdown for some and a pleasant surprise for others. New owners have taken over and guests are excited to have a good restaurant in Florence again. The staff includes waiters with wonderful personality and great service, and the kitchen sometimes runs out of cups but still delivers tasty meals. Night server was amazing super busy got drinks food fast checked multiple times personable. Food took little long definitely worth highly recommend. Best service was by many guests. Overall Redbone Alley offers a cool set‑up, acoustic music, a bar and a menu that many recommend.
