We were on a road trip and I was looking for a to-go meal that was not so fast-foodish. They had plenty to choose from on the menu and they made my order to go pretty quickly. Friendly staff. Food tasted amazing! I wish I lived closer, but will return on my next roadtrip.

Food poisoning galore! Went with other people, we all got different dishes, we all ended up with food poisoning. The food was terrible and not fresh. This place should be shut down. Service was slow and terrible as well.

Don't get the sweet n sour chicken. It's the worst I've ever had. The sauce taste like red water. Asked the waitress, she said that is how it is. The chicken was the size of thick spaghetti. We are weekly customers of our hometown Red Bowl, our favorite lunch spot. I thought it would be similar, it is NOT!

One of our favorite places to go. Waitresses are always friendly and the food is on point. Appetizers come out within 5-7 minutes and before you finish with that your main plate comes out. You always have a lot of leftovers to take home. Cost around $50-$80 for our family of 4 depending on what we're getting.

Stopped on our way through Florence. The food was hot and good. Service was good until the end. Our dirty plates were on the table when we left, a pet peeve of mine. Would eat there again.

I visited this restaurant on 6/13/25. The hostess up front was sitting in a chair with earbuds in and on her phone. She barely acknowledged me and was pretty condescending. If I were the owner, I'd keep her in the back.

I ordered food through Uber Eats May 15, 2025. The total was $17 and some odd cents with tip but $35.92 was stolen from my card. I cancelled the order after 6 minutes and called the restaurant. Uber Eats gave me $9.30 back yesterday saying that was the tip. Who tips that much for a $17 order, I don't. Red Bowl received$26.62 and I got nothing. The owner told me to reorder through Uber Eats. Tell me how I'm supposed to do that without paying again?????? I will never go to Red Bowl again and I will be posting reviews every week about my money being stolen by this restaurant
