Red Bowl Asian Bistro

Traveling in the area and decided to try this spot. I previewed the menu online before hand so I had some idea. The food was fresh and tastey and was ready in less than 10 minutes. My other complaint was the hostess was a bit curt and spoke to me like I'm a child and generally annoyed by my presence.

I love Japanese, and I love the Red Bowl. Anytime I'm in Florence, this is my go-to. Clean ,fresh ,fast, delicious. I have never had a bad experience, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's always clean even though there is always a crowd of ppl. The Habachi Steak is great. I also love the Bento Box for s variety.

I love everything about this place. Bento's are the bomb as well as the hurricane drink. Coming from Hawaii, this is the closest thing I found that compares with some of ours for Asian Cuisine.

Poor customer service. Especially when calling in and trying to get a drink ordered with food because they don’t have the beverage option online. Who ever the young person that answered the phone today was, wasn’t polite. She acted as if I was bothering her when needing assistance with my order. It was today around 4:30pm. As a person with highly symtomatic Celiac disease this was a great experience for me. Most things can be modified for gluten free. EXCELLENT egg drop soup!

Food was awful and had a bad smell! Service was terrible! They had one server who looked like they just hired him off the streets and he never once asked how the food was. This was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant!

If you’re not expecting fancy or impressive but just want some fast, cheap, 4 star Asian then this is your place! I especially appreciated kids pricing from the 20th century. $4 shrimp and rice. Unbeatable!

Would not go back. The restaurant appeared to need a good cleaning. The food was OK. Florence does not have many restaurant options so you are limited in choices. If they revamped this place and gave it a good scrubbing it would be more appealing.

I'll start with the good. the food was made quickly and the sushi was good. The rest of the food was mediocre. The teriyaki steak did not taste like Teriyaki.The Bento boxes are very rice heavy to mask the lack of entree ingredients. The biggest reason for my 1 star is that they forgot my salad. they were closed by the time I saw. When being in a location where people are just passing through and sometimes late,it should be a bigger priority to check orders. I will be gone when the open.

Great food at very good prices with friendly service.

Red Bowl is my favorite for Asian cuisine. The food is always delicious and fresh. I have never gotten a bad meal there. I usually get take out and it’s usually ready in 15-20 minutes.
