I've been coming here for many years, my entire job frequently come. Today the lady at the register was soooo rude and nasty as soon as I asked her a question. Very unprofessional and bad for business. Being short and negative energy, down to her tone and body language?? I finally said never mind and walked out!!!!! This could've gotten ugly, because I almost gave her soon very choice words to let her know be careful because the next person won't let you slide like I did.

We always enjoy our meals here. The food is freshly cooked. Their sushi is decadent!!
They need to tighten up their lunch service. Of course it’s going to be busy, make sure you are fully staffed to accommodate customers that also have to work. The btch at the front told us to wait instead of paying at the front. We don’t have time for your poorly staffed establishment, we will pay where we want to!

The food is always great! The cashier needs customer service training. I called the establishment where I placed an incorrect order. I didn’t need orders from the cashier on how to handle my business. Try being polite to the customers!

The food is always good here, but the wait staff acts like they don't want to be there. This last time, I don't think the guy ever looked me in the eyes. If I asked for something, he acted like it was too much and then it took forever to get it. Prices have gone up at lunch. I don't know how much longer I can afford to go. I just wish the food wasn't so good.
