Justin was awesome! Kept us informed on about our food. Very pleasant and attentive. He is an awesome server that deserves recognition. I will admit I didn’t think I was going to have a great time bc of prior experiences but he’s definitely a keeper for this restaurant. I will be back and Justin will be my waiter. He’s a keeper coming from a restaurant manager I know quality and that he is. Quantity isn’t always good when you have a quality server you can achieve any obstacle. Over priced, ordered Surf and turf, the launch was so small that 2 medium-sized shrimp would have been bigger and it was overcooked. Your food was nothing like what they show on manual and advertisement and your running TV adds. Disappointed, especially for the price $35 for a surf and turf. That dish was only Worth $20. I'm from New England and thats why all your restaurants closed except one in Hartford Ct because overpriced for what you get.We'll never come back to a Red Lobster

We had to make a quick trip to Florence Wednesday evening. I was starving! Red Lobster was nearby..but I had a terrible experience at the one in Bristol, and was iffy about it...but I gave it a shot. So glad I did! Everything was amazing! I wish I could give more than 5 stars on the service. Our server Brittaney Diazz. That young woman had the best attitude! She had answers to all of our questions and we had everything we needed before we even knew we needed it!I hope we get to go back to Florence soon, just so we can stop at Red Lobster! Zero complaints! Excellent service!!
