I recently purchased a gelati from your store and was shocked to find pieces of plastic mixed in with the ice cream. This is completely unacceptable and a major health hazard. I hope you guys take the proper steps to rectify this.

Ok i know this is a large scale chain but why does this place always taste like gourmeeeeettttt dessert. I feel like i should be eating this gelato on a yacht in the Hamptons. Every time it shocks me how rich it is. 10/10 dessert. Every time i see one, i can’t help but stop. Never disappoints.

Bad service didn't get our money worth an the ice cream cones wear leaning they don't know how to fix ice cream cones we got cheated out of money 30.00 dollars
Aways love getting a treat from Rita's. Unfortunately, where I live we don't have them so it's a real great treat when I find one

I'm originally from Philly, and Rita's is all over Philadelphia. Here, you all have snow cones with liquid flavor on top. Rita's Water Ice has flavor throughout and even has chunks for fruit in some flavors. If you haven't tried a Water Ice, you are really missing and experience!The owners are from Philly too!
The custard was delicious and the staff were as nice as could be!
The shaved ice is really good! The service is professional and quick. Also, you are able to sample a flavor if you are unsure of what you want to order.
