The only reason this gets 5 stars is because infinity stars is not available. This place is a blessed anomaly. Rita's is simultaneously worth starting a war over but also the answer to world peace.
Everything about Rita's is truly incredible!
First time and it was good.
I went the other day and the employee named Addy was spectacular. She was super nice, helped when I couldn’t decide a flavor, and worked quickly. I will definitely recommend Rita’s to anyone wanting delicious Italian ice!

Oh my gosh loving it ! Great visit, great service! I was so glad they were open this time of year ! You can’t get Rita’s this time of year where I was just at up north, they were not open yet. The young man that waited on us was so sweet and patient with us. My Aunts first visit and she definitely had a lot to choose from so it took her a minute.
My kiddos loved our visit ❤️ great place to grab and go. Wish they'd add shaded seating!!

I recently purchased a gelati from your store and was shocked to find pieces of plastic mixed in with the ice cream. This is completely unacceptable and a major health hazard. I hope you guys take the proper steps to rectify this.
