This is the worse Sams Club I have ever been visited in my life. The cafe is nasty and disgusting. The fountain sodas have been broken for 2 months per employees but yet they are selling drinks taking peoples money for nasty drinks. 1 employee working the cafe. I won’t ever visit this Sams again. Be ware be warned DO NOT EAT FROM THIS CAFE IN THIS SAMS CLUB. 2 months and the fountain machines are still broken and yet you are selling food and drinks. Where’s DHEC when you need them. Believe me I am calling and making this report. People were getting drinks tasting the nasty and dumping it back out into the machines. People wonder how we get sick this is how.

I like Sam’s over all but…. If you’re getting you’re membership relying heavily on curbside pickup (The sales associates that bring your items are great.) ; but please be aware that their app doesn’t send you a notice like Walmart’s does if they cancel an item so if it close to closing 9 times out of 10 they are already at the door a few minutes before closing ( They don’t take in account the time it took to get your pickup brought to your car.)and they won’t let you get a replacement item even if you’re using scan and go. I know all Sam’s clubs and managers are not alike but this has happened to me twice at the Sam’s club in Florence SC on Beltline Drive; and as a disabled Vet some days are hard so I just wanted to give a heads up to others with disabilities that my be relying on this service.

Can't recommend this one. It was never well managed or staffed, but really bad now. Don't bother asking questions - you just get uhms and blank stares and bad guesses. And not much interest to improve.

Gas price was great but the sign out front was deceptive. I paid 2.64.9 the sign said 2.58.Customer support couldn’t do anything about it and after shopping for a while apparently they couldn’t take the time to correct the sign.

The hot dog combo is so good sometimes I only go there for the combo a big beef dog with mustard,ketchup,relish,onions & a big Pepsi for $1.70 you can't beat that love it yum!!
The employees treated me incredibly rude. One lady at the self checkout refused to help me but about broke her neck to help another person who was a different race than me. Racist much? The lady at the snack bar with the ridiculously long fake eyelashes ignored me when I asked for the Dr Pepper to be changed because it was out and went back to gossiping instead of working.
