I come here very often. It was disappointing today to walk in sit at the bar and be ignored for 15 minutes. A large party was seated after me and the server had chips and salsa at their table literally within 1 minute after seating everyone. No one bought me chips or even bothered to take my order or even acknowledge me. VERY Disrespectful

Terrible customer service I came with a party of 15 none of us will be back! Waitress was rude and the manager wouldn’t remove an appetizer that came with the meal and wasn’t eaten! I am a manager at a restaurant myself and I’d never charge someone for something they didn’t eat! 10 out of 10 don’t recommend to anyone!

Best in town so far but chimichanga didnt include salad/guacamol or sour cream with it,

10-21-24. What a great meal! Ice cold Corona, tacos pastor were excellent, and the beans that came with the meal were the best I’ve eaten. Oh yes, if you’re active duty or retired military they’ll give you ten percent off. Also if you’re staying at the Holiday Inn next door they’ll give you ten percent off. We’ll be back. Food was bland. Flavor was just lacking in general. Guacamole kind of tasted like mashed cilantro and lime and nothing else. Fajitas came out in a regular tray. Nachos were soggy before they even got to the table.
But I will say this, the service was great! The waitress was regularly at the table checking up and making sure we didn't need anything.

Worst experience ever! I’m glad I moved away and would hope after many years things would’ve changed. If I know what I order and your waiter telling me I order something completely different it’s a problem. Plus asking about turning on heat on the patio or closing the curtains to block the cold air to make it warmer really shows me how much some establishments lack service. This place will not be in business much longer if they can’t find the right people to manage it! It’s not the wait staff it’s the manager!

My go to place when staying in Florence. Never left unsatisfied with the food. Service takes some time, but overall very good place to stop by for drink and food. Pollo Loco in the picture 5/5 🤌
