Seminar Brewing Taproom and Grille

Great place to get a craft brew and some good barbecue! My server was friendly and had great recommendations! The owner was there and said hello. This place when construction is complete will be a great addition to the local Florence night life.

10 out of 10 highly recommend. I ordered the sweet chili wings and they were cooked to perfection. The hostess was very nice and our waitress Kate was amazing. This is the perfect location for family or date night.

Extremely average food and extremely small portions. The burger had no seasoning at all and the bbq simply isn’t good bbq. Only three people were working the whole front of house on a Saturday afternoon. We had to go somewhere else for lunch right after because the portions are so small (we both cleaned our plates and we were still hungry). They also don’t care if people let their kids run wild and disturb everyone else. There were about 7 kids running around like little terrors and the staff just didn’t care. We aren’t going back because it simply isn’t worth it. It’s also extremely low energy and just a boring place.

Hoping for Elliot food, but not yet, so we ordered something as we were so hungry. Food is still mediocre, I asked if regular fries as I never remember, told they were regular, they were not, they have that strange coating. Nachos are very anemic. Will wait for Elliotts to have regular food.

We have been wanting to try Seminar again since the new ownership. We were blown away by the updated and bright interior. Food was very good, but very simple. The bartenders were incredibly friendly and food and drink came out timely.

We stopped here for lunch on our way through and so glad we did! I had the Wit and my husband had butter pecan. Both were great choices. The grilled chicken was VERY good. Cooked to perfection. Moist not dried out. Also the sweet fries are a great choice. They are remodeling but don't let that stop you from going to it. They have 15 beers on tap, lots of space and pool tables. We would def go back. 🍻

Fire and the best bbq chicken I’ve ever had

We’ve been a couple times recently and really enjoyed it. The new kitchen is really excellent. They have terrific burgers, wings and nachos. It’s great to stop and get a double cheeseburger and one of their pixel beers. It always seems like everything is very clean and organized, which is nice also.

Stopped here for dinner en route to Charleston. OMG the wings were amazing! Slow roasted and then fried. And the collard greens were fabulous (I don’t usually care for collards). The beer was delicious, as well. Enjoyed the wheat beer and IPA. Fantastic service!

I was disappointed to discover that you are no longer a Harvest Host. I always appreciated the delicious meals.
