We stopped here at Shoney's on the way home from Virginia, it was easy access to leave the highway and get back on. We usually do the breakfast buffet but opted to just order off the menu. The food was hot and very tasty. I would reorder it again. Tho the wait time on our food was a bit long.

Overall 4/5 There was some hard rice in the fried rice. Only reason why food is rated at 4. We paid with cash because there is a difference in payment when you pay with credit/debit. There are plenty of seating and we seated ourselves. Bathroom is available, plenty of parking and the restaurant is pretty open.

This restaurant is so ever a great place to eat!!! My husband and I love to eat here. Their breakfast buffet is the best ever!!! All of the hot food was hot and the bar was kept filled and cleaned. Some of the food items were grits, 🥚, 🥓,sausage, 🥞, 🧇, muffins, fruits, & etc. The pricing was very reasonable as well. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to eat here, so you know it has to be a great place to eat!!! Due to no Shoney's in our area. The customer service is always great as well 👍 😀. We truly enjoyed ourselves. 🥰 If you are looking for a great country buffet and a very quiet atmosphere, Shoney's is your place!!! You will not be disappointed. If you ever try them once, you'll be back again!!!😀

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious staples, from scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and pancakes (just to name a few). If you love bacon, then you’ll lob this Shoney’s as it was plentiful and continually stocked every few minutes. The atmosphere is great, the restaurant is clean, the food is delicious, and the service was excellent (especially Tracy). Shoney’s was such a staple of numerous family vacations and it’s so nice to see that this location is still offering good food and great memories!
