I placed an order online with this Smoothie King and prepaid for my items. When I arrived, the employee told me they were out of stock on one of the items I had already paid for. When I asked for a refund, I was told they “can’t do refunds” and that I’d have to go through the app.
Here’s the problem: there is no way in the app to request a refund or report an issue with an order. I ended up submitting a customer inquiry through Smoothie King’s corporate website, and after more than two weeks, all I’ve received is a message saying they forwarded my concern to this location — and I’ve never heard back.
At this point, it’s not about the money — it’s about the complete lack of accountability. I paid for something they didn’t have, and no one seems to care enough to make it right. Really disappointing experience and poor customer service.

every single time i go, the store manager mrs. v always makes my smoothies and they are always top tier quality. and her daughter her works there has the best customer service. i recommend everyone to go to this location!
