I don’t know what has happened in the last month but service has been horrible. Girl in drive Thru (don’t know her name) was EXTREMELY rude. Came through at 1:30PM on1/10/26. A friend also told me about a run in with what I’m assuming is the same worker, making this even more ridiculous. Sounded like she just didn’t want to be there which is fine but why take it out on customers? Rude tone and gave no explanation when I asked her what they did have available as she claimed they were out of all fruit ingredients. Tried to speak to a manager and was told they wouldn’t be there for days. Please get rid of this person or atleast retrain them. Sad.

Came here at 3:22 today and the young girl working the drive thru had terrible communication skills. Hopefully this helps her improve.. she was very rude. I removed two items off my order due to her rudeness.. I just wanted to hurry and get out.

I placed an order online with this Smoothie King and prepaid for my items. When I arrived, the employee told me they were out of stock on one of the items I had already paid for. When I asked for a refund, I was told they “can’t do refunds” and that I’d have to go through the app.

Here’s the problem: there is no way in the app to request a refund or report an issue with an order. I ended up submitting a customer inquiry through Smoothie King’s corporate website, and after more than two weeks, all I’ve received is a message saying they forwarded my concern to this location — and I’ve never heard back.

At this point, it’s not about the money — it’s about the complete lack of accountability. I paid for something they didn’t have, and no one seems to care enough to make it right. Really disappointing experience and poor customer service.
