Had a flight of their 4 best selling beers. All 4 were great tasting for their perspective types. Plus the bartender is in the right business. Alex really know how to take care of the customer !

Me and my wife enjoy the food and beverages at Southern Hops, and our server the past few trips Rye Lynn(sp) has made our visits even more enjoyable.

Small, one-time sample size but based on the food and drink this place was outstanding. 5 Points IPA was great and paired wonderfully with the Smokehouse Burger. Peppered bacon, pimento cheese, caramelized onion with two perfectly cooked burgers on a brioche roll. Probably a top 5 all-time burger and that's saying something! Friendly bartender was a plus. Place was oddly quiet, but not surprising on a small-town Monday evening. Absolutely worth a stop, need to sample some more of the beer menu!

Kudos to the chef! We had the po' boy special and the house garden salad and I've never had a po' boy with that much flavor, even in New Orleans. The vinegarette dressing in the salad was so amazing we could drink it straight and all the veggies were like they were picked just before making the salad.

I'm sad I don't live in the area, otherwise this would be a regular stop for me.

Stopped by while passing through town. Had the burger with Mac and cheese. Both were excellent. Our waitress was Jordan who was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a flight of beer and settled on a pint of Tiger king Blood Orange. All very good. The only negative was that the beer was not very cold. Would definitely return.

We came on a Friday night and were pleasantly surprised that we had no wait. Service was tremendous. Our waiter was very helpful and he was really working hard. The food and beer were great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cold beer and good food.
