Horrible service , drinks and food disgusting. I ordered an iced matcha and a ham and Swiss croissant. Croissant was super cold. The ice matcha I ordered with specific ingredients and this lady made whatever she wanted without any knowledge of allergies. I asked for banana cold foam. No banana cold foam and she substituted for any cold foam instead of just waiting also cookies and cream crumbles at the bottom or whatever those black little crumbs were I have no idea. When returning it the lady at the front had a nasty attitude. I then asked for a refund and was told since I did it on the app I would have to call for a refund. She proceeded to make another drinks. Second drink horrible as well . Save yourself the trouble and just go to a different Starbucks. The entitlement was at an all time high would never purchase a thing from here again. Do not recommend!!! Wish I had her name b/c clearly this is not the job for her !!!!

Preordered on the app for drive thru. They didn’t have orders in synch to know who is coming to the window. Worst tasting coffee I have ever had. Burnt taste and didn’t have all the ingredients in my drink. Also they are SUPER SOLO!

Service was prompt. My iced latte was so good! This was a treat and much needed caffeine that day. While watching my intake, I meant to say no whip. They often ask. So, I forgot. This location was different than all the others I've seen.

Ordered inside, a latte and a cappuccino and I waited and waited and then was asked what I ordered. Told them and waited more. Total time was about 25 minutes and the place was not packed.

My mom went to pick up our mobile order through the drive through. The gal was confused on what we had the my order. We both ordered oatmeal with a bunch of toppings that we didn’t receive, happens. My coffee which was supposed to be a mocha was definitely not a mocha. The location wasn’t even busy so not sure what the confusion or poor quality of coffee was about. Maybe folks were having an off morning.

The staff here are not your traditional Starbucks employees, they are rockstars and I really mean it! You walk into an atmosphere with some modern punk music playing, the friendliest management and staff including my favorites: Tyler, rocky, Javier, and Iris! The experience alone is worth the trip, add in your daily caffeine that you know you need, topped off by the friendliest staff. This Starbucks is unbeatable! Rock on!
