The staff here are not your traditional Starbucks employees, they are rockstars and I really mean it! You walk into an atmosphere with some modern punk music playing, the friendliest management and staff including my favorites: Tyler, rocky, Javier, and Iris! The experience alone is worth the trip, add in your daily caffeine that you know you need, topped off by the friendliest staff. This Starbucks is unbeatable! Rock on!

This location is located in the food court of McLeod Hospital. And I have to say it is a godsend when you are in need of something soothing or a quick snack because the cafeteria food is overpriced and unhealthy. I tend to use this Starbucks when it is necessary to spend hours at this hospital. My go to is a hot tea with lemon or in warmer weather a Passionfruit iced tea. A quick toasted tomatoes & mozzarella on focaccia and a package of madeleines.

Friendly, fast- and by day three, the barista knew my name and order. Lovely to have a moment of normal human contact in a hospital setting- even in a hospital as good as this one.

Always stop for a Starbucks! Conveniently located in a hospital right next to the parking garage. Friendly attentive staff.

This place is a nightmare. It’s gross, it smells, I saw bugs, and my drink tasted weird. The employee who took my order was Amber and they were really nice but the other employees were bickering and goofing off. It’s just nasty and unpleasant in there, I’m surprised I’m not sick.

If I could, I would give them a 0 star. For the past couple of weeks this location is not able to serve hot drinks. When asked to leave my coffee at room temperature and no ice, a staff told cashier "charge her double, we don't have time for that". I paid $8 for a grande coffee, witch I wanted hot in the first place. There's days no pastries or hot breakfast items are available. Now this location is not even open on weekends for unknown reasons.

Literally so disappointed I went there and they lady that was working there on morning shift was touching her lower back and then kept doing it while customers are waiting to order and then makes her own food. Finally gets to the customers and after making her own food and touching her lower back she preceded to take orders WITHOUT WASHING her hands ?

Store is small, but staff is very friendly and accommodating!
I really can't give it a bad review never tried it
Never know when they will be open or not. Due to lack of employees that will work.
This is falsely advertised as a pick up of dine in location . You can only go here is your an employee of the hospital
I love their Chai tea
