I left with nothing. While i was placing my order, the cashier walked away from me mid-sentence to pull something out of the oven. No excuse me. No pardon me. I could have written this off except that he never turned back around I was simply ignored. After about a minute, i left.

Both workers were very rude, the woman taking my order didn’t even offer me a receipt once I was done paying, she just left me standing by the register. If I could give 0/5 stars for service I would. I do not recommend coming to this location.

Literally the worst customer service by far of a Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The man and woman took a good 15-30 minutes cleaning up something they spilled while the had a bunch of customers waiting to be helped. As a manager in a business, recognizing customers and getting to them first is the top priority. They never once said “we will be right with you” or anything of that nature. The man working the counter was so rude. I had asked for no whipped cream and he put it on there anyway so I let him know I had said that I was suppose to not get whipped cream on it. He then said “oh god” and slammed the coffee into the sink then when he went to make another one was throwing stuff around. The coffee I ended up getting did not come out good at all. It didn’t taste like a frapp, it tasted very liquidity and wasn’t even filled up all the way. Never coming back.

Coffee was cold 🥶 and weak, wherever I go I try to find a Starbucks, but I'm not going back to the one on David McLeod Blvd in Florence, it was time to close I couldn't complain to anyone.

There is chocolate crisp inside which I don't like! I told her I wanted peanut crumbs... It's still delicious! Just drink it as soon as possible. Otherwise the chocolate crisp will melt. It's a bit disgusting.. Still give 4 stars. The staff made a mistake except for the chocolate! The service is good. With a smile!. Thanks for being respected!
I'm just here to say that I've recently been getting a venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso from this location anytime I get a target order. Every one has been amazing. Every drink has been the starbuck shaken espresso I first had and have been back for at all locations since I first tried it.

Small and dark making it appear less welcoming than your typical Starbucks. Convenient location right at the front of the store but it appears a bit forgotten / not kept up. The shelves were less than half full of products (mugs, coffee). The service was prompt and courteous.
