This shit was damn nasty! After tasting this mess I don’t ever want coffee ever again. They made my order the complete opposite of what I said and I just refused to get back in line or go inside.
This location is the best in Florence, drinks are always ready and on point. Never even asked for a tip. The Florence Mall location begs you for money and the espressos never taste the same from one day to the next.

Terrible nesty customer service. I came this morning to buy a drink and ice was chunk in my drink and I ask for another one but that lady she throw cup on table and she didn't like to make my new drink such bad experience in the morning. Hate that girl.
