The staff is friendly at this location and the one time I've seen them get behind on orders, they gave those of us waiting awhile a free pumpkin pastry! My favorite Starbucks in town
This location is the best in Florence, drinks are always ready and on point. Never even asked for a tip. The Florence Mall location begs you for money and the espressos never taste the same from one day to the next.
Best run Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time! Shevan (I know I messed that up), is a great leader! You can tell they enjoy helping customers and making it a positive day! It was great to watch her tell her staff they are the fastest in the district. Pride!
