I’ve visited this Starbucks location 3-4 times, and each time the mobile order is either not made and the staff has to be reminded to make it, or the order requires a long wait (20 mins or more). These were all mobile orders.

Employees were busy making drinks but spent the majority of the time bad mouthing a manager and his decision to change the schedule last minute. I waited for about 5 min for someone to speak and about 10-15 before my order was taken. Wireless headphones at work can be a bit distracting. Susanne didn't speak at all walked up and said what can I get ya, and didn't ask my name. The Chinese family behind was greeted and even got a smile. In total I waited 30 min for a drink. In my honest opinion I received a different level of service than the other patrons. Ended having to refund order. Maybe if employees had babysitters and kids were in lobbies terrorizing patrons they could make drinks a little faster.

Coffee from Starbucks is coffee from Starbucks, you can't really mess that up. But I don't appreciate the staff's speed, I see a lot of dragging feet and not a lot of customer service to make sure the coffee arrives in a reasonable time. It took about 15 mins to order and receive a single tall hot white chocolate. This review is coming from a past barista who was able to run a 24/7 drive thru making 40+ orders an hour. I just think the staff could work a little faster.
