Excellent customer service and attitude. This star bucks is the first one built in Florence and it shows how mature it is with their efficiency and confidence. This starbucks is always busy and for good reason.

Customer service was awful. I order the turkey provolone sandwich it was disgusting, it was hard and dry, the cashier was rude as hell and looked like she just came down off of a meth high. The food wasn’t fresh it was frozen then put in a toaster oven. Latte is always on point.

It took them over 1 hour to get a classic macchiato right, and almost 2 hours for the food.
My name was mistaken by a whole different name from the opposite gender and written on the bag where they placed my food - I am a 200 lbs bald guy, born male, who identifies as male…but they wrote on the bag “Grace” - I am offended 😡 they could not get Chris right. I had to inquire several times over almost 2 hours, for them to figure out my food was on the counter under the wrong name. The lady at the counter said - she thought I said my name was “Grace” (my name is Chris) and proceeded to give me cold food left on the counter, that was supposed to be hot. When I told her that the food was cold, she heated it up. I followed up with the link provided below and it is useless.
Never going to Starbucks again!

45 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks! Each item came out separately which is ridiculous. So I’m suppose to eat my sandwich without a beverage? Didn’t even wait for my coffee. Left after waiting 45 minutes. Why don’t you do each order together? Is this because of common core math?

I went through the drive thru but I am sure that it all should be five stars!!! I travel from state to state for work and have visited several Starbucks, but this one is the BEST!! You have a great team!! I wish I had got the guys name that jumped in when I didn’t know what new drink to get, but he was AMAZING! He fixed me a caramel Brulé and it was delicious!!! Keep putting customers first!!!

Pulled up at 9:25 online it said they didn’t close until 9:30… that’s still 5 minutes. Pull up “I’m sorry friend we’re closed” can people start closing on time and not early. It’s so annoying especially when it’s the last Starbucks in town that’s “open”

Good is always the same thankfully but the service at this location may be the worst. Slow and rude employees. Several time they ignored me and blamed having to make my food for why it took so long. Microwaving a few things isn’t a big deal! More than enough employees working to make something happen. Employees just don’t care about providing decent service. Won’t go back to this location!
The slowest store in Florence area. Spend the time driving to any other location than sitting in line 30 minutes for a watered down drink.

There is always a long wait even when the lobby is pretty much empty. Recently started going here cause its on my way to work but i spend roughly 15 minutes there in drive thru. So this morning i went in thinking it would be faster but my coffee wasnt even made yet and i still had to wait. They seem to be short staffed in the morning cause im there daily by 620 and its always a long line and the efficiency of the employees seem to be lacking. Im gonna stick it out a little while longer to see if things improve. If not i will get up a little earlier to find a more prompt Starbucks
