Coffee from Starbucks is coffee from Starbucks, you can't really mess that up. But I don't appreciate the staff's speed, I see a lot of dragging feet and not a lot of customer service to make sure the coffee arrives in a reasonable time. It took about 15 mins to order and receive a single tall hot white chocolate. This review is coming from a past barista who was able to run a 24/7 drive thru making 40+ orders an hour. I just think the staff could work a little...
Excellent customer service and attitude. This star bucks is the first one built in Florence and it shows how mature it is with their efficiency and confidence. This starbucks is always busy and for good reason.
I went through the drive thru but I am sure that it all should be five stars!!! I travel from state to state for work and have visited several Starbucks, but this one is the BEST!! You have a great team!! I wish I had got the guys name that jumped in when I didn’t know what new drink to get, but he was AMAZING! He fixed me a caramel Brulé and it was delicious!!! Keep putting customers first!!!
