I have stopped in several times to enjoy a hot cafe mocha and it is always made perfectly and the associates always fulfill my order with smiles on their faces and seem eager to help me with anything they can.

I walked in to have my usual and was politely greeted by Emily Williams. She got me to try a new beverage and food and i have been stuck on it since. The atmosphere was cozy so I took my time with my delights. The bathrooms were also super clean so that’s a plus. Everyone was kind & helpful, I plan to be back weekly. Thank you Starbucks crew!

Literally the worst Starbucks I have been to. I ordered my coffee and people behind me got there’s before me. They only gave me 1 of my coffees and food. Then waited about 13 min for my other drink that never came before I asked for a refund and gave them all the stuff back. Ridiculous!

This is the worst Starbucks in the Florence/Darlington area. I don’t know why they can’t consistently make a caramel ribbon crunch. It always tastes watered down and there’s no caramel in it.

On September 24, 2025 around 7:30 AM, I visited the Starbucks on Lucas Street in Florence, South Carolina.
I attempted to order a Medicine Ball (Honey Citrus Mint Tea), but I never received my drink. The cashier, Lauren, refused to accept my $100 bill — which was the only form of payment I had with me. While I understand that smaller bills are often preferred, the way it was handled was very unprofessional. The bill was handed back to me with a negative attitude, leaving me embarrassed and upset.
What was most disappointing is that Starbucks has a standard to “Make the Moment Right” when situations like this arise. Instead of finding a solution (such as offering the drink it was thrown away. I was simply turned away. I left without the drink I really needed, and with a very poor impression of this store’s service.
