Trash everywhere, bathroom was gross and no toilet paper in Men’s or Women’s restrooms. Thought people were sitting inside because they do have a sitting area but actually they were all waiting for drinks.
Several got theirs wrong.
Honestly, ours tasted off and given all of the other factors I am worried out of date products were used.
I feel sorry for the staff and whoever is managing this store is going to run it into the ground.
Hope they unionize and fight for the staffing they need to run the store right.
Hate when you are stopping for a road trip coffee and it’s just the worst.

Adam did a wonderful job on my latte. Quick service. Now, that i am home. I had to redo my review. My Double Tall Latte with no room, no foam , was in deed NOT a latte , it was a VANILLA LATTE. I had zero time to turn around and have it remade a 3rd time. I was not happy to drink a sugar filled drink so early in the morning.
