Would be nice if yall could learn how to read a sticker and make my coffee right . Probably 50 coffees or MORE , made wrong !!!! I order almost daily also 20-30 mins before so I can arrive to work on time just to find out they put cold foam instead of replacing my milk with the sweet vanilla cream . Some times I can stay to have it remade but this happens to much I can’t tell my boss I’m late because the people at Starbucks can’t read a sticker correctly.My coffee is $9 and I come at least 3-4 times a week ! I expect it to be good. There are a few there that are super great and top tier while others… well just observe when you go that’s all I’ll say

This store was filthy. Trash can overflowing. Trash on floors. Trash left on tables. The bathrooms were filthy and had a horrendous smell. I walked in this Starbucks but couldn’t bring myself to purchase anything since it was so dirty.

This has been the one of the worst uncomfortable experiences that I have ever encountered in Starbucks history. I went through the drive through to get a grande medicine ball and a cheese danish Nyla took my order my order came up to 8.36 when I pull around to the window there was a blue SUV at the window I witnessed them passing items back through the window so when I approached the window a young lady with a name tag Samara was there to collect the money and my thoughts was I hope she is not going to hand me what the customer in the SUV just passed back through the window and Samara did just that I ask her can you please make me a fresh cheese danish because I just witnessed the encounter with the customer before me she than notion in a very aggressive tone to pull to the gate like I was a five year old at the park I asked Nyla who is the manager she than said to me that Samara was the manager I stated who is the the manager higher than her Nyla stated she is the highest but you can pull to the gate I pulled down to the gate while sitting there waiting on my cheese danish that I really wanted which one of my main reason to come to Starbucks Samara walks out and hands it to me for someone to be so beautiful she have a really nasty and snotty attitude I explained to she can not do things like that for food safety reasons the body language was as if she gave two cents about what i was saying to her like as if I wasn’t a valued customer at that moment I hope going into the future I don’t come encounter with these same issues again

I ordered two drinks one was great tasted like it should. The other one tasted watered down with no flavor. Called and spoke to a guy he told me they went by the recipe and should not taste bad. Ive had this drink more than a dozen of times and know what it taste like and that was not it. So drove all the way back and he remade it and I waited and waited and waited finally got up asked about my drink and the guy pointed at the drink behind the drive through counter so it’s been sitting great. Guess what tasted and looked exactly the same no sprinkles like I asked for and it was the same level when I brought it back. At that point I just left cause I was not waiting again nor arguing. They need help learning there drinks or at least the white chocolate mochas. Won’t be coming to this one again. I’m sorry, but if you payed for a drink and it wasn’t right then had to wait 20 mins for them to remake a drink they messed up the first time you’d be pissed to.

I went early on a Saturday. The employees seemed happy to be here. They were upbeat and friendly. One helped me decide what to get. It was a good choice. I was upset that I waited there was no whipped cream until after my drink was made. I would have ordered something different, but my peppermint mocha was still good. I had an everything bagel toasted and I added cream cheese. It was delicious.
