If you go to the speaker box and try to order depending on who’s working, they will make you sit there and wait forever to place your order. This is not the first time that this is happened at the same subway.

I do not go to this location. It is the closest to my home, but the service is rude, lazy, and very stingy. They do not give the amount of food you paid for. I worked for Subway and I know how much you are allowed to put in a sandwich and they short you. It's just mean. I can not afford to waste money on bad service and less food than I paid for.

The tv was running Ad buy a ft long get one free. Any one. My husband went but they said it required a mail out coupon and was only on the classic original sandwich. No get one free. I called Subway home office. They said no coupon was required because none had been sent out in months. Also it included all sandwiches. This is the second time this restaurant has done this sort.of cheating. Also the sandwiches are light on meat. Other stores don't cheat. Youve been warned. They cheat.

Placed an online order for pick up. When I got home, they made one of my 2 sandwiches completely wrong. There was no one there at all so no reason to mess up a small order. Tried to call the store and the phone just kept ringing with no answer. Have tried to call for days and now it just goes to a busy signal.

I came down on a greyhound bus ticket and I was staying at the guest house of McLeod September the 2nd-3rd of 2023 I came all the way from Wingate nc and the staff that worked those 2 days needs a raise they looked out for me and made me feel so loved

Everytime I go to this location, the owner makes up some lie for why they won't except my coupon. But when I get to the register and scan my coupon, it works just fine on all the sandwhiches. And when I go to other subways, they accept my coupon without fuss. The owner refuses to accept a coupon unless you get a tuna or a chicken sandwhich even though the coupons work on all sandwhiches. It's just a greedy practice. Go to a different Subway for your sandwhich.

Unable to rate food, or atmosphere. Attempted to place window order. Instead workers looked at me and kept walking without acknowledging me or letting me know they'd be with me. I had to let the car behind me know what was going on after witnessing the same happen to them. If there's a reason you can't go inside, don't expect to order from here. They'll look right through you first and to no avail.

They tried to charge me $0.33 for a simple no-ice glass of water. NOPE. NOPE. Bring your own water if you must. I will never be buying a drink from them again. EVEN STARBUCKS gives you a Venti Cup of water for free……
