Never in my life of coming to this establishment have I’ve ever felt disrespected. Stood waiting to order for 5 minutes, the boy who took my order didn’t know the sandwiches keep touching his clothes with the same clothes he was fixing the sandwich with the cashier talk on the the phone more than she did with the customer I asked her how much my sandwich was she got an attitude… when customers come in they should end all other calls, asked for a cookie she slammed my cookie down like is this the kind of people subway hire. They give more respect to whites than they do blacks… the whites came in and they didn’t spend not a second in line they orders were took immediately but us blacks they treat like dogs. I will not be returning to this establishment and I will let everyone know how this establishment is run including the BBB …….

This Subway is by far the worst location I've been to. Came in for lunch and the guy that made my sandwich drenched my sandwich in sauces before I had the chance to tell him how much I wanted. Then, when I asked him to repeat himself because he was difficult to understand, he and his two coworkers laughed at me. After the uncomfortable and racist encounter, he had the audacity to demand a tip. The sandwich ended up giving me food poisoning. Horrible customer service, never coming back

Came to dime In with family as the two young Man in the front said both bathrooms out of order ? Really ? No signage that hey out of order maybe just laziness ? Maybe not clean ? Only good thin about this place was the food… If you come here make sure you don’t Neeed to use bathroom

Store closed at 8:45 !!!and regular closing time is 9 pm
Was craving a sub and this location closes at 9pm. Pulled up at 8:44pm and they had their doors locked and chairs up on the tables already. I knocked on the door and the employees wouldn't even acknowledge me. ?

I have just left this store I stood at counter to be served I was the only person in there no one acknowledged I was there after 5 minutes of being ignored by miserable staff I left and going to the subway on palmetto street where the staff are friendly

Extremely impressed!Store was CLEAN!! Quality of food was OUTSTANDING!! Customer service was PERFECT!! Only traveling through but I'd definitely stop in next time around.....?

Great customer service and delicious food.We really enjoyed everything. There was a gentleman doing a wonderful job cleaning the glass doors..I even told him that he was doing a great job!
