My fiance and I were treated horribly tonight when we went in for a bite to eat.The woman who waited on us was extremely disrespectful and had a disgusting attitude. She was perfectly fine and chipper with the people in front of us. I will not be returning. We ended up just walking out after we asked if there was an issue...she responded with more attitude and a smirk look on her face .
My server was more than professional while waiting on me because she was dealing with me at the counter and my Sister on the Speaker phone, I thank her for her for patience and service.

Got lunch here today, a breakfast sub and a turkey, bacon, avocado wrap. Best sandwiches from subway! JJ makes some good subs.

Everything was great, except when I asked the employee to let me enter my phone number for my rewards (he was new), he asked his manager and the manager said they don't to that! I thought all Subways was a part of the rewards program!

Ordered here tonight and I have my receipt I asked for veggies and sauce and all on my sub and I live 30 mins away when I got home my whole sub was just meat and bread this is ridiculous I have to check my sub before I leave. This is crap service !!!!!! Beyond pissed off and the girl at the drive thru didn't wanna even open the window when i pulled up. They knew better than this
Nova is the best employee in this subway. Great Customer service . She talked with customers with happy face . Pilot staff worst in this location always.

The young lady working did not seem enthused to serve me, literally was the only one in line, she kept running off doing other stuff seeing me stand there. Finally get my food done. I pay, she walks off leaving my sandwich a transaction to go do something else. Was rude on top of that. If you donβt like your job find another one. Takes soo lil skill to do this job cmon

I've witnessed steady improvement of this Subway at Pilot since the new manager, Greg started. The store has become staffed, stocked, and appealing! Subway eat FRESH!
