Did not meet my expectations. Was surprised to learn that they did not accept Subway's gift card. The reason given by the staffer was that it was because they were owned by Pilot.

I've seen subways that are stingy with the meat but this takes the cake. This is what they call a footlong portion of meat. The pilot manager was willing to help but im a truck driver and don't have time to wait for this to be fixed.

My fiance and I were treated horribly tonight when we went in for a bite to eat.The woman who waited on us was extremely disrespectful and had a disgusting attitude. She was perfectly fine and chipper with the people in front of us. I will not be returning. We ended up just walking out after we asked if there was an issue...she responded with more attitude and a smirk look on her face .

Everything was great, except when I asked the employee to let me enter my phone number for my rewards (he was new), he asked his manager and the manager said they don't to that! I thought all Subways was a part of the rewards program!

Ordered here tonight and I have my receipt I asked for veggies and sauce and all on my sub and I live 30 mins away when I got home my whole sub was just meat and bread this is ridiculous I have to check my sub before I leave. This is crap service !!!!!! Beyond pissed off and the girl at the drive thru didn't wanna even open the window when i pulled up. They knew better than this
