I've witnessed steady improvement of this Subway at Pilot since the new manager, Greg started. The store has become staffed, stocked, and appealing! Subway eat FRESH!

Disgusting absolutely horrible don’t recommend this subway it’s bad when these are grown adults making sandwiches and it comes out this bad I wish I could share a picture! Another subway 5 miles from this one is ran by highschool students and I have never had a sub that was this bad from them!

I stayed here for a 4 days when the place I usually stay when in Florence was booked up. The hot water did not work or was at best Luke warm. The first day when I let them know they said they would get someone to check. So when I got back from work, there was a note from a maintenance person saying to use the knob on the right for hot water. Well I am smart enough that I had already figured out the hot and cold were backward in the shower. The problem was there was no hot water at all the first night. The rest of the time when there was hot water it was only warm and would run out before I finished taking a shower. Then they advertise a bistro where you can get a $10 breakfast since there is no free breakfast but two of the days I was there there was no one to wait on me one day I had complained to the front desk so she came and got me a coffee. This bistro was supposed to be a Starbucks, but I could only get regular coffee because they said the machine was broke. When I ask about breakfast, everything I wanted they were out of. All they had was muffins. I was better off just stopping at a convenience store. The store they show I'm the photo has all the coolers stoked and the shelf full well l don't even remember seeing but two coolers with drinks mabey three or four brands of soda and a few juice drinks and very little food on the shelfs.

After handling the broom, worker did NOT wash their hands, proceeded to fix food, & overcharged for order.
I didn’t even eat the food here.They didn’t have any of the food covered with lids, nothing looked fresh.
