Lettuce is brown and when questioned, person raked off sandwich and threw it back in container, meanwhile mixing in with other vegetables. Got attitude when I addressed issue! Stopped doing business with this location for almost 2 years. Lost my business again. Too expensive to pay for rotten food and poor service! Many better locations.

The subs had fresh looking veggies and the meat looking edible no issues with communication, the staff had there gloves on and full ppe. Things looked clean the bathroom was clean and had soap despenser was half full but ok.

I go to this location due to it being near my house but today when i came in i ordered the $6.99 meal. I asked for two choc chip cookies, the worker said they only had one. I asked if they could bake more cookies? They then said they couldn’t bake more cookies due to it being late? You guys close at 9?? Then i proceeded to say Ok that’s fine aka meaning I’ll take the one cookie. Arrives home to see i only have the sub!!? Tried calling numerous times with no answer…

This is the location I go to in my city. It's annoying that it's so far from my home, but I will take the extra 10 mins to go HERE and not the location on Palmetto Street closer to me. At this location, the service is so much more polite and FAIR. They will give you what you paid for. I left off a star ONLY at a reflection of the company itself for increasing their prices and forcing workers to not increase the amount of product you get for it.

I ordered this through Door Dash. It smelled great. Once I received it, I was on the phone and heard something scathing in the bag.. highly disappointed. There was a roach that came out of the bag.
They have a good crew here. They know how to make a sandwich. Always a good sub. Been here several times only had a problem with order once and they fixed it right away.

I entered the store around my lunch time 1:00 or a little after that time but anyway I am leaving this review because the cashier was very rude did not put my food into bag left it on counter and did not give me my cup or acknowledge me with have a good day and thank you at all now I am from the background of customer service and this was not the proper way to handle this ..I feel if your not happy with your job find something better but as long as you’re dealing with customers you show your appreciation

WORSE subway and Owner is Rude. Korean or Chinese owner are not working with food safety. The subway needs to inspection for this subway. I told the clerk to change gloves and he said, he would not change gloves. He's using the same glove for making sandwiches and same time he cleans tables with a rag. I saw too many uncover products on the veggie outside with hot temp. This store needs more attention by brand and Health Department to do food safety inspection.
