Ordered in app. Asked in the notes for my sandwiches to be cut in half because we’ve ordered at this location before and subs were not cut. I walk in and every employee but one was lounging in the lobby. Employee behind the counter asks if I am “Audrey”, I said yes ma’am. She tells me “all our subs are cut in half.” I said well I’ve ordered from here before and the subs weren’t cut that’s why I asked. She looks at the rest of the employees and asks them if they’ve hired new employees (more sarcasm). I figure the sarcasm may have been because I didn’t tip the sandwich “artist”. If that’s the reason for such a nasty attitude, just so you know, none of your workers ever tip whenever the Uber driver takes you to work or picks you up so why you got an attitude with me? Kicks back like Chuck Norris don’t it? Oh and subs were supposed to be toasted and weren’t. I sure did walk right out with that cash I had in my pocket to tip you with. Do better with y’all’s attitudes cause I only asked for something the app prompts me to enter in the first place.

Customer service was very poor. No good morning, no Smiles, no thank you. Clearly she’d rather be somewhere else. To be honest ever though the sandwich was delicious, I don’t know think I’d visit that location again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The two women working had horrible attitude for no absolute reason. Ignored us when we walked in and gave so much attitude while taking our order. My baby is a year and a half and he was running around and she gave him the look as well and rolled her eyes..horrible service. Do not recommend.
Was not greeted when I first walked in, so that through me off. Stood in line for over 10 minutes with only 1 customer ahead of me, for them to tell me there’s no more meatballs as the customer in front of me ordered meatball sub. Didn’t offer any discount or anything. got a steak sub, was horrible. tasted like the meat sat out all night with no covering. overall 1/10

I had a new employee , she was doing well, then her trainer came over and TOLD me she's new and to go slower. Which frazzled her. I think some tream building and customer service training would be warranted. Especially for management. There wasn't any need to interfere. The sandwich tasted delicious all the other employees were very pleasant

The service is definitely good. But there are several problems, the most important thing is that they didn’t accept my coupon, they said that it doesn’t work at this location, explain why no one explained. The men's toilet was in a terrible state; the flush did not work. Of all the subways I've been to, this is average, it can be worse, but it could be much better. The employees try their best.

I watched them completed online orders instead of just simply taking my order I was the only person in line. I just left. Due to having to be back at work. Another time I went the female did not speak she just looked at me. She was talking to the other employees then look at me for me to repeat what I already told her to put on my sub. None of them have good customer service ?

This subway crew was by far the absolute best! We were able to get our baseball team of over 30 in and out in one of the fastest times. The service of the crew truly made us feel welcome and like family to say it was a last minute stop.

The worker saw us at the drive through and turned her back so she doesn’t acknowledge us to take an order . Then proceed to ignore us as we waited to place an order. Company losing money because she rather pat her head/hair and scroll on her phone.
Wish I could give a zero instead of 1 star! Experienced Nasty attitudes for absolutely no reason at all! I was having a great day until I stepped foot into this place! They should be thankful of having a job! Listen, No one wants to be served from negative people who have no respect for customers or human beings period! The eye rolling and under breath tones and giggles shows how simple minded they are. Management needs to send everyone back to customer service orientation because obviously they don't remember or care how to respectfully serve the public. People please "Don't waste your money or time here!"
