The service was very bad, only one employee was friendly. The food was cold and the taste of the soda was horrible.

Too many slow without having customers and the employees hesitate in the kitchen. They deliver the incomplete order because they are at the party.

I simply didn't order anything and left. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes. At least 3 or 4 people waiting on food in lobby, two people trying to get orders corrected. I didn't feel like waiting or dealing with the bs. I recommend you don't either. Move on.

To my surprise bean and rice burrito in value meals are super high in carbs. Loco Dorito tacos are much lower. Order taker looked bored but after I talked to her nicely, she perked up. They didn’t serve Mexican pizza precut, a minor oversight they corrected with apologies and smile. Pleasant staff. Seating area was just ok

Vegetarian options: You can replace meats in all dishes with beans

Dietary restrictions: Not good for low carb diets

Went at night on our way to the hotel next door to it. First they told me some stuff they couldn’t make cause they weren’t using the fryer. Then I ordered soft tacos and told her no tomatoes cause I’m allergic to raw tomatoes. Got to the hotel NEXT to the restaurant. GPS says .1 mile away. The tacos were cold, some stuck to the paper, and they had tomatoes on them. I also got what said was my.dew, but DEFINITELY wasn’t mt dew. Tasted like peach. Don’t recommend at all

America, we need to stop going to these fast food places, find an actual restaurant with real food to eat at! I know you can utilize your phones since you spend half the day on them!!!!
Let me ask, not that Taco Bell will bother to answer. Party Packs, twelve regular Taco’s cost $22.00, the supreme pack costs $33.00, so to just add diced tomatoes and a sliver of sour cream and the price increases by a whopping $11.00?
Looks to be a little excessive of a price hike for what is added. It’s almost like the chain decided to take what could be, ( and might still be depending upon the wealth of the family ) the biggest selling item for a family of 4 ( if they aren’t big eaters ) and excessively charge them for very little in return. Price gouge much?!?
And yes, the ratio of workers and customers is way out of wack here. Particularly on holiday weekends, like Independence Day weekend 2024.
Since your prices are extremely high, I hope your employees were able to acquire time and a half to be understaffed and dealing with a high volume. I mean, that’s the excuse isn’t it? Hire wages? Same thing for subway. If not, then don’t ask yourself why you have a high turnover and are unable to find good help these days.
BTW, I’m sick and tired of food chains running on a covid level of service. That farce has been over for far too long to have continued for this long.
The price hikes are too much. Didn’t buy what I wanted, so I bought from Subway. Of which there are only two options that I’m willing to pay for. I’m not poor, but I do have a budget. And paying $33.00 for 12 tacos isn’t in that budget. Heck, for that price, I could buy two buffets at a Chinese restaurant.
