I honestly have never waited long here but I always go around 9pm or 10am in the morning and always through the drivethru. I've been to this location when there was literally one worker doing everything by themselves and I still didn't wait more than a few minutes. As for the food, it's taco bell. It's cheap (kinda) and about as good as you're gonna get really late at night. The prices have definitely gone up in the past few years but honestly still worth it to me.

Horrible service. Came here today,nobody was here. 5 minutes After ordering people stil sitting in back office or standing and watching their phone. 15 minutes later and I still didn’t have a food 😡 I was asking if someone actually working there and this lady came to me with her bad attitude telling me they are working on door dash orders. Well why you didn’t work and staring in to your phones ? I used to like this Taco Bell,but since the stuff was changed it’s horrible. I will not come back anymore. The food was also nasty,chicken tenders burned,fries cold and soggy,my burrito didn’t have a sauce inside.

The food and service was absolutely trash. They didn’t get my order right my crunch wrap did not have any of the steak that I ordered in it, which was an extra charge, my five layer bean burrito, refried beans were dry and crusted over, and the chips to dip with nacho cheese were stale. The employee that I asked about my mobile order had an attitude about even getting the mobile order. I would recommend no one to go here ever this location need to hire new employees who actually care about people’s food when people are spending their hard earned money for a meal.

Pulled up 15 minutes *after* they opened and nobody was responding at the drive thru. Went in and were told no food was ready and it’d be another 15-20 minutes before we could order.

Absolutely horrible. Their only priority is drive thru. Came inside and waited 30min for a 12 pack and a burrito. Meanwhile we counted over 9 cars go thru drive thru (only one pulled over to wait). Worker even said out loud the the lobby was going to have to wait while they did drive thru. I stood there watching as both sides prepped drive thru but then he tried saying only one side was prepping drive thru. I ran a fast food restaurant for 8 years and while drive thru was expected to have quick times - NEVER would I make a dine in customer wait 30+ minutes. Orders should be prepped and served on the order received.

Cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. Food came out quickly. Ordered a cantina quesadilla. It wasn't cut all the way through and wrapped funny so hard to eat while driving but overall a good TB experience!

This is the best Taco bell in town. Employees are always friendly and nice. They make sure they give you sauces if you need them and they dont get an attitude with you like the Irby street location.
We were going to eat there on a Sunday at 930am. But the lobby was closed and so was the drive thru. The sticker on door says 7am everyday. The last time I actually ate there it took about 10 minutes to get food. Me and my entire family would rather go to the one on exit 170. It's the best taco bell in town. Faster service and open when advertising. Just change stickers on door.

Went through drive thru at night and was told they are only doing door dashes and mobile orders. Everytime I go to this taco bell at night, it's always something going on as a inconvenience to the customer. Seems as though, they do what they want. If they dont want to take orders that day they wont.
