Closing 2 hours early is craaaazy. Put in a mobile order @ 9:58 PM with plenty of time as this location is listed to close at 12 AM. I arrived a couple minutes later at just after 10 and was told they are closed & won’t honor the order nor give me a refund. Offered no advice on how to get a refund nor apology for the inconvenience or explanation as to why they were closing 2 hours early. So strange! I wonder if the employees were just having a bad night or if this is habitual, either way their customer service skills could use some help.

Been there multiple times and I even went inside after they gave me the wrong stuff multiple times and Mexican pizza was messed up every time even when I went inside they still didn't care the employees need to be fired and start again and training be right
SERVICE IS TERRIBLE HAVE TO PULL AROUND TO DOOR FOR ORDER TRIED ORDERING ONLINE AND IT DOESNT WORK NIGHT SHIFT DOESNT RESPECT CUSTOMERS WORKERS HANGING AROUND OUTSIDE SMOKING AND THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING (I ASKED FOR TEA SHE SAYS ONLY HAVE DIET PEPSI, I ASKED FOR VARIETY OF SAUCE SAYS THEY ONLY HAVE DIABLO LEFT ) will never spend $100 here again

Worst crap ever. was told they were out of beef. No problem, got chicken? Asked for and paid for extra chicken on my bowl and didn't even get regular amount of chicken. I get it the races is in town but this is ridiculous. And the chicken was from way early that mess was uneatable period dang chicken like rubber!!!!!?

They are great when they are “on”. However, 3 of the last 4 times I have been for pick up orders, they did not add the jalapeños I requested and paid extra for each time. This is after I requested at the at the microphone and it is calculated and added onto the total. Each time I also remind them at the window because of the issues and they always say yes they are on there. These are almost impossible to inspect without taking bites out of the burrito so it is not determined they screwed up until we get all the way home when it is too late. I know someone will say it is just fast food and you should not expect too much. I look at it differently. This is their job and they are paid to do the job and do it correctly. If I did not do my job correctly, people’s lives can change and I could end up in jail or worse. At the very least people would no longer continue to pay me to do that job. If you refuse to do the job you are paid to do, please go somewhere else so someone else who maybe does care can take your spot. Just please do better :(

I don’t say this about Taco Bell frequently but, I would recommend this location to anyone that was in the mood for some Taco Bell. The main reason is because of the very nice young lady that took care of us while placing our order named Jamariah (I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong). She as perhaps the nicest and most professional Taco Bell employee that I have ever met in all respects. This young lady was working very hard and was multitasking like a pro. She needs a raise and a promotion ASAP.
