This is not a taco bell. This is a hospital. There's a good firehouse Subs in the hospital but there is no taco bell here. Like at all. Seriously don't waste your time like I did.

This Taco Bell was on it's A-game. Guess they have to be with Buc-ee's next door. I recommend Buc-ee's Carolina Reaper hot sauce on anything from the Cantina menu. They should do a crossover! :0

I just left here and want to give a shout out to the leader and her team for performing as well as they could under uncontrollable and uncomfortable circumstances. They were picking up the overflow from Bucees not having and water. As you can imagine, this is a very challenging situation. They were working diligently together as a team to accommodate their guests in a timely manner. I hope the company recognizes them and acknowledges their efforts. Way to go!!!

There’s no child changing area in either bathroom which is really inconvenient. For a remodeled Taco Bell I would have thought there would be one. There’s plenty of room for one and I’d appreciate if they added one in to accommodate kids. I had to change my daughter on the dirty bathroom floor.

No changing tables in the restrooms which, for one of the recently-remodeled Taco Bells, is kind of ridiculous.
The worse taco bell ever. Employee is shouting out the door of the restaurant, Drive thru only , but no sign indicating this on the door of the entrance .We got our order, it was wrong too and the nacho chips were so salty you couldn't eat them. We asked about getting different chips and the girl at the drive thru said they come in the store like this. Employee said no help they are short handed. Manager is the issue here. One person in the drive thru ahead of us and you guys can't get a small order correct? Buc- ees's next door didn't seem to be Employee short. There are people who need a job that would love to work at this establish. Franchise owner you have a mess there. Business owner myself. Bad business.

Somehow my order was sent to this Taco Bell 3 hours from me. I called the store to see if the order could be cancelled the manager that answered was no help and somewhat snippy about not being able to help. Said to cancel on the app knowing you can't cancel an order yourself one it's placed. I went through the app trying to cancel or get in touch with someone 3 times and no help so far.

Being that this is a newer location you would assume it would be decent, but not really. We travel by here several times a month stopping at buc-ees. a few times we decided to stop here instead for food since the gas station gets crazy and this taco bell always appears dead. There have been several times we have left without ordering due to poor customer service. A staff member was rude to my husband today when he walked in, he wasn't even behind the counter he was hanging out at a table sitting, and I assum was annoyed by my husbands presence since that means he would have to actually do his job (the horror!) . Anyways, we probably will skip this location from now on. Obviously hiring people with customer service skills isn't a strong suit for Taco Bell.

Fastest Taco Bell I've ever been to. I ordered 4 different items online while sitting in the parking lot and by the time I got in the door, my order was ready. The order was correct and perfectly prepared.
