If I could give negative stats I would! 10 people working and you have 1-2 actually doing work while everyone else stands around. 25 mins for an order I never received because I left. Was refused a refund even though my order hadn’t even be started after 15 mins. Also touching money then making food is nasty.. why even wear gloves?! And after 25 mins and not getting one of my orders my 2nd order was messed up..

I ordered online , and when I drove up to window, they said no order was received. I ordered again ifo the drive thru cashier, she then told me to pull up in front. I checked my app and seen that the order did go through and it charged me twice. Then they fixed food and said cant give refunds at store. After arriving at work, noticed items in bag was items I didnt order. Just requesting a refund for both orders on their app....no response so far. Disappointed.

This Taco Bell was on it's A-game. Guess they have to be with Buc-ee's next door. I recommend Buc-ee's Carolina Reaper hot sauce on anything from the Cantina menu. They should do a crossover! :0

I just left here and want to give a shout out to the leader and her team for performing as well as they could under uncontrollable and uncomfortable circumstances. They were picking up the overflow from Bucees not having and water. As you can imagine, this is a very challenging situation. They were working diligently together as a team to accommodate their guests in a timely manner. I hope the company recognizes them and acknowledges their efforts. Way to go!!!

There’s no child changing area in either bathroom which is really inconvenient. For a remodeled Taco Bell I would have thought there would be one. There’s plenty of room for one and I’d appreciate if they added one in to accommodate kids. I had to change my daughter on the dirty bathroom floor.
